I believe that's sorbet used to cleanse your pallet before the main course. I was in one of the fancier restaurants in WDW and they did that. My fiance and I were SO confused because so we had were apps and salads and didn't order any sorbet. They were very sweet to explain it to our not so fancy pants lol. Enjoy! A great suggestion. If U plan to go to Orlando Florida again, go to Brush Gardens. Amusement Park and Zoo combine together.
