I believe that's sorbet used to cleanse your pallet before the main course. I was in one of the fancier restaurants in WDW and they did that. My fiance and I were SO confused because so we had were apps and salads and didn't order any sorbet. They were very sweet to explain it to our not so fancy pants lol. Enjoy! Looks like an amazing trip and experience for the kiddos. Have fun and be safe 💓💜💓💜
A great suggestion. If U plan to go to Orlando Florida again, go to Brush Gardens. Amusement Park and Zoo combine together.

The ice cream looking stuff was a palate cleanser, some of the nicer restaurants serve this in between courses, after a salad before the main meal.
