Can you please tell me,for how long do you bow down in surrender to our master soul every day and how many times a day.
In reality if someone can teach me the entire process to is done everyday

As per what I understood from the video she is telling you surrender to antaratman as a instrument from moment to moment means before taking any action you pray to your antaratman and perform that action and surrender that action to God in you.
Slowly by practice you will come to know yourself that what is truth impulse and what is ego ...
Eg. when we perform a activity which cause anger in our system and if you are doing surrender practice you will know that the action of getting angry is wrong and you will perform all activities with love and be kind and compassionate to others..
So it's living in surrender state to truth as a instrument moment to moment
