I'm using a Google Pixel 8 and I agree. I don't need reinvention of phones or some wacky technology. Just make it good. Samsung makes trustworthy phones. I would never buy a Vivo/Oppo/ Realme etc etc. They never appeal to me.

My one major issue with Samsung is that their flagships have underwhelming battery backup and charging speed as compared to their Chinese counterparts. I've been using S23 for over 18 months now, and as much as I love the device it doesn't last a day. At least for the flagships where Samsung charges a massive premium, they need to improve the battery tech. If I remember correctly then around 5 years ago Samsung made too much noise regarding their Graphene batteries which were lighter and faster...where are those batteries? Samsung's flagships, at launch sell for a 25% premium price than OnePlus' flagships, this price gap should be enough for Samsung to put a Graphene/Solid state battery inside.
The dynamic island feature is expected to be introduced in the upcoming 1ui7 update. While it is currently not available on my s24 device, I eagerly anticipate its arrival.

One Problem with Samsung is that is doesn't give you the premium feel... The s23 or the s24 don't feel premium in public place, obviously it will feel premium when you hold it but not from another person's pov... Samsung's 15k phone and 80k have the same back design and after applying cover you cannot even identify by seeing the back... If I am spending 80k on a phone, I want that people's eye cathes my phone... Saying form personal experience... If I am choosing Samsung, I would personally spend little more and get the Ultra versions

Yes i also have same issue with samsung..the charging speed 2.0 is just a joke..it doesn't work at all.and the battery drains faster from 80 to 40 ..
