Fantastic layout - love the scenery. Spent many happy years in the Thompson Canyon on family vacations, chasing trains in the 90s - I have some videos posted of those happy days. One question, what track did you use for the layout - Peco ? Code ? I'm planning on building a very small 3 x 8 layout depicting Spences Bridge area. Thanks for sharing, Felix
I used Peco turnouts. Standard n scale code 83. The flex track is Atlas to save a few dollars. The Peco turnouts are by far the best. I first learned about them when I was following the building of the Clinchfield Railroad in N scale by Model Railroader magazine in 1979. That railroad is to this day an inspirational N scale railroad in my opinion.
Those are from the 1980s. NJ International. The grain of wheat bulbs are running on an old Lionel transformer at about 10V. I don't want them to burn out. They are scenic only.
Outstanding scenery....nice job
Absolutely beautiful western Canadian CP layout! ❤
Thank you! My pike was started in 1997. I enjoy my winters running my trains!
WOW ... 😳 ... What a GORGEOUS Layout ... Subscribed!!! 😁👍
Thanks so much! 😊I started my layout in 1997. Most of it was built in 1997-2001. Then I added more details to it.
@@yeghome2634 I just tore down my 4x8 about a month ago and I'm getting ready to start an l shape shelf layout .... Point to point
