I must be a child at heart, because I put a sticker on my calendar for each day I go to the gym. It is very satisfying to look at each month and see all the stickers. Small rewards for healthy habits can be motivating. How do you reward yourself? Love the sunny, yellow towels by the way:)
That's such a wonderful initiative! You can actually see your progress, and it’s a great motivator too. It seems like something I could use on days I manage to study as well! For me, my reward for working hard on exercising is probably grabbing some McDonald’s or junk food! haha🤣

Sho / 祥, great video as usual. The yellow towels are hand towels. Are you really okay waking up at 5am? Seemed the last few months you were tired a lot waking at 6 (?). My biggest recommendation is no matter what time you wake up make sure you are getting enough sleep as it seems you have really long and late days. Sleep really affects are health, emotions and hormones. I learned this the hard way. 😉 Do the best for yourself don't push yourself too much. 💜💜 Happy New Year . Let's hope 2025 is a great year for us both.

I've been working shifts for half a year now. I have to get up at 4.20 AM so it's hard, I haven't gotten used to it yet. I can't wait for the spring to be brighter in the morning. Have a good day/evening 🙂

自分も2024年はなにかと変化の多い年でした。望むと望まないとにかかわらず、生きていればいろんなことが降りかかりますよね。いいことも悪いことも。そんなことを実感させられた一年だったなーなんて思います。
今年もどんな一年になるか分からないけど、日々を大切に過ごしていけたらいいなーと思っています。今年も動画の中のShoさんにお会いできるのを楽しみにしていますね😊
