Having to be the sole caregiver and maintainer of the house (with a husband who feels his responsibility starts and ends at work), I am sooo with you on just relaxing somewhere on a beach or scenic park looking at the sky and trees 🌳 im exhausted 😩 love your vlogs...could you make a vlog about tips on self care and simple but healthy meals ❤

Where in the response do I seem negative about his "role!?" Who decides these "roles" and if I'm feeling burnt out because of my load ...why are you trying to make me feel guilty for wanting a break!?

I use to the same as you now straight after school I give dinner then snacks its much better the will eat more I have been doing it like this for few years now before bed if still hungry I give fruit or yogurt
