This is THE Regulation. I was so bored in Reg G after the first event I watched. I haven't missed a set so far in H becasue every single game is different. Loving everything about this format!
I’ve been thinking about the Sneasler situation and I fall somewhere in the middle. I kind of think it is funny as a spectator like Joe mentioned, but at the same time I can see how frustrating it is to play against that sort of rng. Right now it basically means you have to terra into a steel type, use covert cloak, or run misty terrain. Not bad answers, but it can only take you so far. And then the steel typing is a 50/50 anyway because of close combat. But, if it does get power creeped I don’t really care too much at the moment. I honestly would still rather lose Urshifu forever. Urshifu only gets answered by what? Weezing and Worry seed? I think they should just nerf Urshifu ability to where its move can guard break like feint and do half damage, and still breaks protect for the remainder of the turn. Maybe something similar to like how regular protect worked against dynamax moves in SWSH with some double battle bonuses.
Urshifu was still broken in a game where max guard was relevant. Wasting a dynamax turn to play defensively also just felt bad. The amount of pressure unseen fist exerts is crazy
