It is true, technically it was Wesley Snipes who played the first lead black superhero (as fair as I know) I think people just don't really count Blade and Blade II as a superhero movies because the story in them makes it more like a horror/supernatural series.

Chad seems like such a cool, level-headed guy. At first I received him as boring and aloof but after this black panther press run I realized he is just calm and collected and easy going and people like that are usually hard to find now a days especially celebs because most of them can be so extra sometimes. Then I found out he was a Sagittarius and it all made sense. He is a true professional and I wish him more success and will definitely be seeing him winning oscars soon. Also, can't believe he is 40! Wow looks more 31-32 to me but wow he has great genes and definitely takes care of himself.

Chadwick's influence by kids has been likened to Pres. Obama. I remember the little boy touching Obama's hair. He said he couldn't believe his hair was the same. Our youth are looking for those who look like them. Chadwick is showing a King, royalty, being regal, honored, educated & we need to see that. People need to see that's what pur lineage looks like.

Now we know why he was so emotional talking about the kids with cancer waiting to see the movie because he actually had cancer and was battling it and now it has taken his life and I am so sad there will never be another black panther like I can't see no other actor playing his role I just can't see it. Me myself just be breast cancer for the second time and to know that he continued to work throughout chemo and radiation and whatever else he had to endure as still make these movies oh my God like he was strong trust me cancer takes so much out of you we was blessed to even see this man. God bless him on this Earth for a reason even if it was just to boost us up and give us what we need it cuz there's nobody else no other actor that played this man's role he was made for that role. Role was tailored around him before he even came about.

I’m white male in my 60’s and thought this man glowed enlightenment He was evolved. I have two friends both colon cancer survivers and black under 40 and also both very special human beings ( as we all are) when I heard of chadwicks death from something so close to home it really shook me. It should not shock it’s extremely prevalent among black YOUNG males but rarely discussed . Chadwick saw it as personal issue which was his choice and right .
Their was something about him you did not need to be black to feel most know him from black panther but he made other epics ( ie a message from the king ) where he through his talent portrayed a really important message consistently . That message well that’s yours to find . A great loss but a spirit like his does not just fade into the abiss . Awards trophies get dusty his memory will be fresh forever .

FullBlown it has nothing to do with his schooling and education. He’s just a deep thinker and has done a lot of reflection in his life. It’s the only way he could talk about these issues with such insight.

I've never heard of this show, but I'm taking in Chadwick Boseman every where I find him, because his loss is like that of Malcolm X, Kwame Torre and so many other profound leaders of integrity. The beauty is that he exemplified a culmination of all of his roles he portrayed in his real life!! He was a walking example of Christ's character in the flesh!! A righteous Black brother that we will dearly miss!! What an example of God's miraculous working in the life of a man that didn't compromise and stood with integrity!! An added blessing to make it into paradise to see Chadwick Boseman there!! RIP my brother!!

God has given the world such a true beloved Giant Star whom had played a touching role Black Panter, so emotional.
everyday since his passing I'm compeled to view his stories.
I'm so touch by his role in this film, it makes you wonder why som ef one like Chadwick Boseman had to leave us, from most of his interviews he had so much to offer, you can feel the passion in his film, Oh !!! to hear him say My favourite movie Star. Denzel Wasington, he my greatest star from early 60"s.
Mannnnnn, I'm moved by Chadwick proformance , those costumes, their performances, I'm thrilled and Honoured to watched this young black man who had so much more to offer, he had been cut short, not to mention his college love , she was so dedicated to him, loyal
I'm proud of her go have been in his life, she has alot of patience.
God bless you Mrs Bosman , and may Chadwick soul RIP🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼true Hero....
