Recently on the news, I heard Monspace/Suasa doesn't even have a MAVCOM/DCA license.. is it true? Takkan lah the people fly without the license?

They took off without the Air Service Permit(ASP) from the Malaysian Aviation Commission (MAC) and didn't get approval from Department of Civil Aviation (DCA) in the form of an Air Operator's Certificate(AOC).Truly a law breaker.......

You're right about the ASP, but Suasa do have the AOC at that moment.
