I think miss reg needs to do some postural exercises based on assessment because of a kyphotic posturing that she already exhibits mapapansin mo lalo na sa vlog ni vice Ganda na PA siya ni miss reg..she may not feel the effects now but in the long run she may experience frequent neck and upper/lower back pains,headaches or may develop scoliosis even at her age.Can't help but be concerned because of the many patients I have been handling that has to do with our posture eh sometimes it becomes debilitating that it affects your functional activities of daily living.
