The downside to listing the high dollar stuff first is that it makes listing that low dollar stuff later muuuuuch harder.
I’ve had bulk buys where I force myself to slog through all the junk before doing the big ticket stuff.
If I don’t do it know I may never!

Good content - in my opinion there is no need to overthink listing Individual games though. You can list a hundred + games, in a day, fairly easily. Unless you are bringing in thousands at a time, just get them listed. An hour of planning is probably 10-15 games as far as listing time goes. eBay can be very fast and efficient if your time is spent on work.

Agree, hardest part is listing for me. Sourcing is fun and easy, but then you start piling up stuff and listing becomes overwhelming. As far as pricing/processing its also pretty easy, make a list of everything type out the pricing, take photos, list and reference price. Testing and resurfacing are a factor when things arent in great condition and price can be deciding factors on how much time you spend on them. Listing properly and shipping on time and well packaged are the key to ebay (also accepting offers and managing the algorithm by constantly sending offers/editing listings are great as well)

Man it starts to get hard to hear you guys speak so low of $20 games. It's something that comes up in a lot of videos. I'd love to be in a position where i could say yeah throw that $20 game in a bulk pile its not worth my time.

@@bramcc don’t get disheartened! Everyone is at a different level. I used to target the $20 price point and now when I source I’m targeting $50+ items. If you have a death pile of any kind you should bump up your sourcing minimum standards.

When you say, “send to amazon” what exactly does that mean?

They use the FBA program to sell their items on Amazon's platform. They send the items to Amazon, then Amazon will handle storing and shipping it to the customer. You pay higher fees to do this, but it's very beneficial if you sell on the platform.

Skyler was one of the first fulltime employees Chase hired. He has a tendency to overrate his knowledge on (reselling) video games, but at the end of the day he's a good guy. Alex and Matt are the better employees if you ask me, but Skyler is an integral part to why the channels grew the way they did.
