what is the circuit topology? looks like several diodes next to the capacitors - several stages of voltage doubling? with 5M Ω input resistor to limit shock energy to that stored in capacitors without possibility of mains electrocution? what do you estimate is final DC voltage? thanks

normally these insect killers have 1000 volt up to 4000 volt
