STIR FRY WATER SPINACH
1 veggie cube, pinch of salt, 1/4 tsp sugar, piece ginger
1/2 tsp corn starch, 3 garlic cloves, 5 dried chili
cut the garlic
then chop
cut the ginger
cut the dried chili in pieces
sauce mix - sugar
veggie cube
salt
corn starch
warm water and stir
wash 1 lb water spinach and then cut the in equal pieces
add oil to the hot wok
spread the oil around
fry the garlic - low/med heat
dried chili, ginger
add the water spinach and mix
pour in the prepared sauce and stir fry for 2 min - high heat
transfer to a serving bowl
