I have elica chimeny just the same like yours (Auto Clean), that too even after year not a single drop of oil in the tray. As an Engineer i was curious to look inside it and found all smokey oil is now accumulated inside the wall as well as on blower. I have myself removed the whole chimney and cleaned it thoroughly. This people are doing fraud with mentioning autoclean function at the the time of sale. I am going against them to consumer court.

Im having same experience with my Sunflame Auto clean chimney.. I clean my filters every week... But no oil deposit in oil tray...

I have wonderchef ruby 60 cm , tried autoclean even after 1 yr ,there is no oil in oil tray. I thaught my autoclean system is faulty. Talked to CC but they said chimney need service ,there is no oil inside . Autoclean only requires for internal oil.

Technician bulaiye... Mera bhi same issue tha. Phir technician ne chimney je peeche 2 newspaper lagake thoda slant kar diya. Ab sara oil collector me ja raha.
