Unfortunately Strauch went out of business and they are no longer produced. But there are other brands of drum carders available.

Maybe you should try at the beginning painting it onto the large drum, rather than putting it through the other process first, to see how that works and burnish it with the brush after.

Use a stiff acrylic brush. Metal on metal destroys teeth and cloth.

Dont do this, it will ruin your hand Carter, never use them on yiur drumcarter, I did,.. Bad experience😥... Hand cart your short wool, never use this methode
