Neo Arcadian: Spark Mandrill
Description: Long ago, Spark Mandrill of the Maverick Hunters' 17th Elite Unit defected to join Sigma's army where he broke into the power plant to drain the power sources. Only to be stopped by X. After being revived and reactivated a century later, he joined the ranks in Neo Arcadia's army. However, he still craves energy. When Dr. Weil took over, Spark Mandrill broke into Neo Arcadia's electrical substation where he drained all the power supply. At that point, he had consumed an infinite amount of energy to the point of controlling the entire power grid at his will.
Not the tone I was expecting, it being based off of Hellbat Schilt's theme, but I'm pleasantly surprised at how good it sounds at this tempo. Feels like a brand new song.

Rouge: The substation is suffering from a series of blackouts and power outages. Expect electrical hazards and use your floodlight in dark places as you proceed. Good luck.

Zero: Looks like those energy storages have been drained of electricity.
Ciel: That explains the blackouts. Whatever is draining all the energy there, it will worsen the energy crisis.
(Boss encounter)
Zero: This must be the generator. But it looks like it's damaged.
Ciel: Then that means…!
Zero: All of the energy reserves are completely drained off. There is no power at all!

Zero: ?!!

Spark Mandrill: Zero, I presumed?
Zero: Do I know you?
Spark Mandrill: Yes, Zero. You and I used to be part of the Maverick Hunters. Ever since my reactivation, I've been craving energy for a long, long time.
Zero: You! You're the one who drained the power supply?!
Spark Mandrill: Even better, I have full control of Neo Arcadia's power grid. So I can turn it off and on whenever I feel like it.
Zero: If that is the case, then I'll have to retire you to restore power back online.
Spark Mandrill: You are correct, Zero. But you're mistaken. I'm as supercharged as before X defeated me long ago. This time, I am more powerful than you can imagine! Even to X….if he still exists.
(Zero defeated)
Spark Mandrill: Energy is the source of power. Therefore….power is everything!

Neo Arcadian: Dairaiden Paraivoltic.
Bio: Similar to Fairy Sirenia and Hidden Spectre, he was built as one of the replacement Guardians by Dr. Weil. He replaced Sage Harpuia, but he went in a completely different direction; resembling a sagely, bearded man or typical depiction of Zeus in his humanoid form, he instead resembles a burly, hideous raijin-type creature with Mesoamerican design influence in his Mutos Reploid form. He’s not one to have interest in Zero at all, and he’s nothing but loyal to the job. He is callous and brutal, punishing even his own men, adding bits of them onto himself.
Zero: …Harpuia? What have they done to you?
Dairaiden: Silence. I am not that Maverick scum you seek. I am Dairaiden Paraivoltic, his successor and replacement. I was created and appointed by Dr Weil from the DNA Program of Kraft. I have all of his same powers, and control the area with an iron fist, Maverick.
Zero: Who is the Maverick here?
Dairaiden: It should be obvious. Get ready to die at my hands.

Speed the song up to 1.15x Speed (under the Custom Speed menu). It sounds better.
EDIT: This comment is meant and my own humble opinion.
The point of this remix was to change the tempo/speed to match that of the MMZ OST, which is mostly slower-paced. It was a clever idea, with great execution and an excellent finished product. You don't get it, and I probably can't help you, so I'll settle for insult-generated catharsis; you're an idiot.

He made a remix; it sounded good; but, it sounded better at 1.15x Speed...TO ME. Now, YOU just had to come in, get butt-hurt and insult me because of an opinion, while CLAIMING that I don't get it. Oh, I got it alright. However, I didn't like it as much as the the 1.15x Speed version of it. And, I was telling others that there is ANOTHER OPTION; just in case they wanted to try it and see for themselves.
Now, I could EASILY say that YOU are an idiot for liking the slow-paced Tempo, because it goes well with your slow-paced mind; but, I'm not going to. Because, if YOU'RE opinion is that the slow-paced Tempo is better...THAT'S FINE BY ME. But, don't tell me what I should/shouldn't like because fools like YOU feel like "gate-keeping."
