In my personal head canon, these three actually ran into each other in Ice Cap Zone at night while doing their normal shenanigans. That's why Sonic.exe made an Ice Cap Zone reference.

Faker and Lord X aren't technically the bad guys here, but that doesn't necessarily mean Xenophanes is a good guy here.
Technically Xeno's goal is to legit ruin Christmas for this ONE family, but X aren't really chill with that, why?
Because he tasked himself with delivering lethal presents, but he can't deliver those presents if XENOPHANES IS OVER HERE KILLING EVERYONE!!
So he decides to stop Xenophanes because "He's being way to uncreative about this"
Xeno doesn't care. And just pushes X Aside. So X has no choice but to get the help of Faker Sonic.
Who at first wanted nothing to do with it really. But decided "This could be fun! Maybe I can steal someone else's identity!' so he helps for his own personal gain.
So here we see at 0:00 Lord X and Faker trying to stop Xeno from killing multiple family's.
Because they wanna kill them.
EXE is that one guy in the friend group that is just akwardly way taller then everyone else
