You can speak English, and your daughter can as well, so try showing some respect and not going up to the horse and blatantly disregarding the "rule." Everyone can see signs soon as you walk up there. Stay back when on duty anything or anyone are engaged. Show respect they are working. Not there for you and bull crap!!

A picture sign needs to be made showing “ horse May bite”, “Horse May kick”. And “ Do not touch the horse!” Make them big enuf so that people will definitely see them!

Are the horse guards not allowed to tell tourist to not touch the horse? The new sign says “Don’t touch the horse.” If the horse guards don’t enforce the new rules then the sign is a waste of time. The horses are more relaxed now by not having hundreds of hands rubbing all over their body. The horse guards need to be vocal when someone touches their horse and say NO. If they can’t speak up then they need to find another job.
They used to do it but I think that they had started receiving so many complaints that they were forced to stop. There is African American Kings Guard who used to probably be the most assertive but even he had to finally stop. Actually now that I think about it, haven't seen him on these Horse Guards videos in a bit!
