- US/EU Opening theme remix ! I used Yami Yugi's french voice actor for the iconic "it's time to duel" here because this is the first version I ever heard and has a lot of nostalgia behind it to me. But don't worry, I'm going to make sure that I'll put a download version with Dan Green's voice (US voice actors).
AND ! if this video gets lots of interactions, or if people demand it, I will make a shorter version of the track, I know that more than 7 min can be long and some of you may prefer it to be more focused on the electronic part of the song.
Lastly : damn, one week late and it's been almost a year without any upload. Sorry about that. As an apology, I've been working really hard on this remix. When I mean hard, I've been working more than 70 tireless hours on it. Why is that ? As you can hear, there are a lot of "genre" involved in the making of this music and the orchestral part took me the longest, I've making them with some very difficult to twist samples. I should really Invest on some better soundbank for orchestral in the future. Oh and a good pc, because it was almost dying while running the project lol.

@@SabriEmini If or when you do, I can only hope it is as good as this. I did wanna mention that the link you provided doesn’t play with Dan Green’s voice for some reason. Also, that short piano part at the beginning is my favorite part!! If you ever do a re-upload of this, please add more piano sections
After publishing this video, I left my pc for a moment because it took me so much time to finish this project that I needed a few days break. When I got back to do the version with Dan Green's voice, my file was corrupted idw (probably because it was my heaviest project to date 🤷🏼♂️) I just had an old file that was working but it was there was like 10 hours worth of work lost. So I was a bit discouraged to remake everything tbh at that time... BUT, I managed to rework it little by little and I'll re-render the song with Dan's voice soon👌🏼
I'm really glad you enjoyed my piano part ! 🙏🏼 Actually, I planned to work on a shorter version of this track too, beig more straight to the point, less orchestra (which take a bit more than a minute on the whole track) but with more piano ! 🎹
@@SabriEmini I can understand that, 70+ hours on one project can be more than a little daunting when issues keep popping up. I can’t wait for both the re-render and the piano versions! 😄
I know you said the orchestra part would be a pain, and I’m not trying to add on to your workload, but I’ve always though orchestras and pianos went really good together. Seeing as your version in this video was so damn near close to what you hear in the DSoD movie, I think just a small, yet grand finale at the last 1-3 minutes (total length depending) would just add that much more!

Hey so in the description you mention a download link to the "english - it's time to duel" version but I can't find that one.
oups sorry I missed your comment... well as I was replying to another comment, after finishing that version (with the french voices) I needed to take a break (more that 70 hours of work in this project, I started to get creazy a bit xD)
After a week of break I wanted to get back to the project in order to change the french voices to the english one and also make a shorter version, but the project file was corrupted and I could only find a back up project file but I lost a bit more of 10 hours of work and I felt like no motivation to redo those 10 hours of work... Especially how poor the interaction was on this remix, even tho I shared the remix on different YGO facebook group with 50k members and nobody cared so... I decided to move on and work on other stuff.
But since you are the second person asking for the english version, I will get back to work on it as soon as possible ;)
