As you can see, all the cases have been set up before Mario came into places, and he couldn't do anything even except follow the culprit. And who would be more suspicious than Mr. Mario, you guess? Mr. Thwomp, who had killed all of those innocent enemies at the end? Or a person that looks just like Mr. Mario that pretended to be him?
Yes, the Mario in this video was not Mr.Mario, it was Dr. Mario pretended to be Mr. Mario!
Let me explain more. Mr. Thwomp was the one who killed all of those innocent people as the end, but in my opinion, he was brainwashed, because the warp box had been set up for Mario to appeared right above Mr. Thwomp head, which probably triggered the button in his mind to be set into "Killer Mode". Look like the culprit has to be a psychological doctor to be able to do something so bizarre like this. In the other hand, Dr. Mario is a doctor that can't even do any medical treatment for his patients, except throwing pills, which let's me suspect that he is specialized in psychology.
And finally, for his murder motivation, being a psychopath can explain it. After all, who would think that throwing pills with the size of a bottle can save patients lives, except for a psychopath, am I right, Dr. Mario?
