I'm learning this piece of yours and I'm really enjoying it - thanks for putting it online! ✌🏻 👍🏻 It's the first time I encounter SWEEP ARPEGGIO and I have a question (/ video request?) about it: what would you recommend how to learn this technique step by step, starting from the beginning, to develop it nice and clean? I do take flamenco lessions, so I'm serious into learning correct technique and develop a nice and clean playing, and I really take my time to do so and practice a lot. I'm getting into an intermediate level with my technical stuff (picado, rasgueados, arpegios, ligado...) and was curios about this sweep arpeggio stuff, and how you would approach it. Thank you my man, so glad you're back 💪🏻💙
I have a full playlist demonstrating how to play techniques I use, the sweep arpeggios is in the arpeggios video of this playlist. Good luck! th-cam.com/video/U6rSIWnFgXk/w-d-xo.html
Thank you Ben. I’m buying a Spanish guitar. I played a lot strumming a steel dreadnought and practicing on my Tele and Strat. After seeing your videos I’m going nylon for sure! Your classes are great. Maybe start of playing the piece in tempo before breaking it down. I’m subscribing for sure!
Ben, what is your opinion of Ortega guitars? Considering buying Private Room series one with a 48mm nut and installing a golpeador and lowering string action for flamenco. Looking forward to your feedback. Thank you.
Considering I have 4 signature guitar models by Ortega (like the one in this video) I would say I'm fairly biased in favor of Ortega guitars. The Private room guitars (the ones I've played) are all really nice. I say go for it!
Grazie ben con questi tutorial comincio a imparare diverse tecniche
I'm waiting for a detailed analysis of the melody Malagueña :-)

You play like a spanish dude and look like one.. but if the "redondo" is about the "rumba", then it should be "rumba redonda".
Thanks for the comment, but this song I named after Redondo Beach, CA near where I live.
