Crochet Easy Dress | All Sizes

This Crochet Dress is simple and easy to make. Can be made with straps, strapless or worn as a skirt. The pattern and tutorial is beginner friendly, simply a repeat of 1 row.
All you need is your hips measurements and you can make any size.
Materials
5mm hook ( 2.5mm or 3mm for smaller yarn)
Chunky yarn size 5 used 3 balls 120 yards each.( could use DK yarn or size 4 yarn)
Scissors
Tape measure

Yes I used a 2.5mm for weight 4. Probably a 1.5mm hook for size 1 thread

Like Kristina said, I would use a cold shoulder or offshoulder design for this pattern. By simply attaching the sleeves to the underarm

Thanks for this tutorial. However, I noticed the foundation chains are for the hips. but the dress is built from top to bottom. Can you say how to reduce the bust and waist which are smaller than the hips, so you can get a more fitted dress in those areas?

Hips measurements when the chain is stretched, so it’s actually fits waist well with this stitch. But you can use bust measurements when stretched and make increases on your hips area when you get there.
