I might not know everything about a college particularly but in my opinion this should be your priority: 1) give preference to college first 2) give preference to cse if your confused about what specialization to go with. 3) choose specialization if your very interested in that particular subject!! Sure bro, first of all congratulations for your rank! And If your going for ECE then better go for top 10 colleges of eamcet, otherwise Cmrk is also a good college
Aim for top 10 colleges only, if possible Aim for only Top 5 colleges!, Select the college order correctly, and if you have extra Ncc or sports certificates it's definitely gonna improve your chances
