Recreating My Real Home in House Flipper 2 Sandbox Mode

It's taken me two days to make this house. The house is based on my real house with some changes. This house has 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 family rooms, small kitchen, a formal dinning room and the formal sitting room, also the laundry room.
With this house i was trying the 60/ 30/10 formula for decorating. Let me know what you would have done differently?

That wallpaper downstairs must go. There will be changes made in the future. Because it is built in a sandbox mode the house will stay.
