💙Add 1/4 teaspoon of lemon juice to the egg whites.
💚beat with a mixer.
💜When foam appears, add 100 g of sugar.
💜Beating well with a mixer until stable peaks appear.
💜25 g corn starch, vanillin.
💚mix.
💙To make the paper stick, you can grease it with meringue.
🧡 Distribute evenly.
💛any pattern can be made.
💚 Sprinkle with flaked almonds.
💜 Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
💜 Bake at 180 C for 30 minutes.
💚250 grams of cottage cheese. 💙50 gr powdered sugar, vanillin.
🧡100 gr cold cream for whipping.
💛Cream is ready.
🧡Distribute the cream evenly.
💚 Spread with strawberry jam.
💜Top with blueberries or berries.
💚 Put in the fridge for 2 hours.

There’s a cottage cheese you can buy that comes in a plastic bag rather than a tub. It’s thicker
I was wondering the same thing. Cottage as I know it has small curd. Nonetheless the dessert looks delicious.
