It sounds like, during the main first riff, it has elements of I believe it is E2M1 or E2M3. Whichever one the 'Intermission in Doom' track is. Andrew Hulshult did a cover of that in 2016 and it is amazing.
This is imo one of the best songs for doom eternal, every single drop gets heavier and relentless this would be my workout track

And i loved how you lost your shit breakdown after breakdown, this song is relentless hahaha. The new composers Andrew Hulshult and David Levy are really amazing and im so stoked for both of them and Andrew specifically was requested by the fanbase and ID Software delivered and hired him as gods work. Fore more ANdrew stuff, he did a lot of ambient and slow burning stuff for Dusk ost but im gonna start you off with a couple faster ones and i think you won't be disappointed. Starters Keepers of the Gate, Murder Machine Inc, Departure to Destruction, Reflections of Violence, Sacrifice, Burn in Hell.
@@Cademircan he also made the IDKFA music mod for Doom 1 which replaces the MIDI songs with renditions that include real instruments, the Brutal Doom Mod actually used the IDKFA version of At Doom’s Gate for a couple version trailers.
On a side note he also made a Rock remake of LGRs original theme for one of his anniversary episodes
Edit: Andrew Hulshult also made some music for Quake Champions which can be unlocked to play in Doom Eternal

People need to start showing more love to Andrew Hulshult and David Levy. Not only did these 2 filled Mick's shoes, they made those motherf*ckers 2 sizes bigger.
the Doom subreddit has been showing them nothing but love. They kept the music in the DOOM sound, but didnt try to copy mick gordons style, they put their own unique styles and quirks in there.
as long as i like what they did in the dlc, mick's work is better
Andrew has been doing music for doom for a decade, I'm happy to see him working on official games and not just for mods now.

Fucking good vid brother. Although if you havnt already: You should check out Andrew Hulshult's Dusk soundtrack, Ill put money down that "Hand Cannon" and "Burn in Hell" will knock it out.
I have to be honest, I like the DLC music more then Micks work, no offense to him but his music while intense, sounds video gamey. This sounds like a proper movie score, it has so much atmosphere, it sounds layers deep it’s like what I would expect to hear from a game with a massive production budget.
I think the reason this song is so incredible is that it crescendos with every single version. It builds and builds, climaxes, then builds again. It does this over and over for over 10 minutes. It's literally like sex translated into song.

This is approaching Tool levels of the song that keeps surprising you with changes. You think it's done, but it keeps changing up.

Hey @Mr. Rock N Roll, something a little different here. So Andrew Hushult, the one who primarily worked on these tracks, made remakes of the 1993 game tracks, and some are great! I recommend you check out his remake of “Nobody Told Me About ID”

Just because Andrew followed the how to mix like mick cook book doesn’t mean the song is bad, it’s one of my top 5 favorites from the whole game...
