I love to hear how in areas of the world where social distancing, staying at home, not gathering in large crowds, how those areas have less and less positive cases, fewer deaths. It saddens me to hear about areas, such as Louisiana, where people are NOT social distancing, staying at home, gathering in large crowds, states that are opening up areas...all those places have a very high increase in positive cases, much much more deaths. Why is it from the beginning of time wither word of mouth, drawing, or writing the first mention of a Deity (God) came from a man. During this time, the pastor of the fellowship my husband and I were going to, sent out an email on joining him for "online church service". In good conscience I could not and instead wrote him back with the following: "Greetings pastor Doug: At a time where people truly need the gospel and God, the churches have but all abandoned the commission given to them by our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I'm just a housewife, yet as I was washing dishes the other day, I spoke to the Lord and said ,"Lord, it sure would be nice if you were here today in the midst of this chaos that has occurred!", " Would you be somewhere hiding out at home like the rest of the world?". He gently spoke to my spirit and said "but I am here today, in you, your part of my body!". This brought tears to my eyes as I realized that the church's body has been sealed closed! The church has become a coward in this day/time, without so much as a question. God also spoke to me after this in which I heard "persecution cometh quickly". I searched the internet for something having to do with this and found Mark 4 which said: 16 “Other people are like the seed planted on rocky ground. They hear the teaching, and they quickly and gladly accept it. 17 But they don’t allow it to go deep into their lives. They keep it only a short time. As soon as trouble or persecution comes because of the teaching they accepted, they give up. Wherein times past, the voice of the church used to be strong, making a difference in our world and usually one of the very first responders to the people when calamity would strike, it has become a disgraceful, pathetic, weak and cowardly institution. God abhors cowardice and has never given his people a spirit of fear. Some words are those supposedly straight out of the mouth of the “Son of God.” The world did not end 1800 or 1900 years ago. All that generation passed away without any of the things foretold coming to pass. No amount of prayer brought it about; nor ever so much patience and belief and sober living. Why is it from the beginning of time wither word of mouth, drawing, or writing the first mention of a Deity (God) came from a man. Usually, to explain something, that they could not be explained, such as a natural occurrence in nature, a death due to poor health, etc. The various religious organizations/faith asking for everyone to fast or pray on a certain day, the data shows that the positive cases, deaths all continued to rise after those fasts or prayers were done. Yes, the fact that Tony has the ability to live stream services so that everyone can be safe and social distance not only for themselves but for everyone else and he refused to do that, shows that he doesn't care. I know that some religious organizations allow tithing to be paid online but most still collect it at the physical building during physical services. If no physical services are being held then no money can be collected. Harold did die. He was a worshiper of Tony's. He died of complications due to testing positive for the virus. Tony said the coroners' report was a lie. So that does not need to be imagined. It has happened. Remember though that Tony and his followers' do not listen to science or the medical experts. They think the virus is a joke. Plus most of the elderly do not pay money to the church online but in person. I totally agree with you. You are a good person. Where is the Lord now? Why is he not down here? The current and younger generations are seeing how horrible religion has treated anyone and everyone who does not follow their rules. They are standing up and just no accepting it. Due to everyone, not social distancing, those who are asymptomatic spread it to those whose bodies are more susceptible to receiving the virus. Each day the advocate newspaper mentions more positive cases and more deaths here in the baton rouge area. In other countries and parts of the world where everyone's socially distanced themselves, there was much less spread of the virus and therefore many fewer deaths.
While I have you here and I appreciate you responding, how is it that other Christian religions around this area and around the world are following the medical and science safety and responsible ways of lessening the spread of the virus, and your church is not? You know, these services have been such a HUGE blessing for me! During this time, the pastor of the fellowship my husband and I were going to, sent out an email on joining him for "online church service". In good conscience I could not and instead wrote him back with the following:

At a time where people truly need the gospel and God, the churches have but all abandoned the commission given to them by our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I'm just a housewife, yet as I was washing dishes the other day, I spoke to the Lord and said ,"Lord, it sure would be nice if you were here today in the midst of this chaos that has occurred!", " Would you be somewhere hiding out at home like the rest of the world?". He gently spoke to my spirit and said "but I am here today, in you, your part of my body!". This brought tears to my eyes as I realized that the church's body has been sealed closed! The church has become a coward in this day/time, without so much as a question.
God also spoke to me after this in which I heard "persecution cometh quickly". I searched the internet for something having to do with this and found Mark 4 which said:

God abhors cowardice and has never given his people a spirit of fear. There is power when the people of God gather and assemble together as He is there in the midst and tells us NOT to forsake the assembly one with another. The laws of our beautiful America are quite clear about the liberties and freedoms that protect the church and her people. By the church hiding, not questioning things, and abandoning righteousness and holiness....will only set into motion that which they will fear the most.

Tony has already said if anyone of his followers dies it is a sacrifice to God. When one of his followers did die Tony said the coroners' report of the follower dying due to complications of COVID-19 was a lie. When one of his followers said that "Science, medical experts, have nothing on Jesus" and that Tony has been so openly defiant with the law....this and the comment you posted shows his true character. That he only cares about himself. His followers have been sucked into that mindset as well. It truly is sad. So many many needless and senseless deaths will become of this.

When it came out, from a whistleblower report, the church had the balls to raise, by $100 a month, what the members pay for their children to serve a mission. They explote the youth, well young adults, actually there is a term that that church uses "every member a missionary' . The church gets so much free labor. Uses the talents of its members and usually do not pay them. Becuase they are giving their talents to God.

Tony is disobeying God by not obeying the laws of the land. Romans 13:1-2 says: "Obey the government, for God, is the One who has put it there.
