To explain a little, every time they near finish a sentence, but go back to saying their a cuban, it sounds like their going to say, like, for example, "nixon is a culo (ass)", etc etc for those first lines.

This gives a better flavour of the Spanish (in which the rhyme of the suspended line suggests _culo_ 'ass'):
