KU Engineering Professor Emeritus Tom Mulinazzi Honored by Engineers Foundation of Kansas

Engineers Foundation of Kansas honored KU Engineering Professor Emeritus Tom Mulinazzi for his lifetime commitment to engineering ethics and licensure. The ceremony was April 12, 2024, at the Burge Union on the KU campus.

Prof Mulinazzi was my adviser when I was in KU, I was not the greatest student in the department, I confused some courses, I struggled my collage my life, I could not find the meaning of my life, with a low GPA. The most important thing he taught me is how to deal with those difficult things in life. I feel blessed that he gave me those idea. Now I am a high school teacher and I also teach my students what Prof taught. I wish Tom keep health and have a good life in the next many years.

Dr. Mulinazzi was in the Intro Engineering class and telling the freshmen about Civil Engineering. Luckily I was one of the students and I studied under Dr. Han and received my graduate degree. I feel very lucky and I am very grateful for what you did Dr. Mulinazzi! Thank you very much.
