Sure, it was just the basics, I didn't completely understand what sex was yet. I learned more as I got older and as my parents started seeing that I was ready for that kind of information. I knew all the necessary information by the time I was 8-9, and I understood what to expect when I got my period. Anything extra, I picked up from people around me. But that's just a testimony to the fact that if kids aren't taught, they'll learn from other people around them, and that's the worst way.
