I love souls games. I was about 13 and all I played was league , you were my favourite youtuber and you made a video about dark souls 3. I decided to try it , I failed and deleted it. Some time later I rewatched the video and I decided I want to beat Gundyr. I got the gameplay loop and I absolutely loved it , I replayed it a ton and it's still one of my favourite games ever. I played all of the rest of the souls games , though I still love ds3 the most. You got me into my favourite games. You're still one of my favourite youtubers , I always loved your videos and your style of humour even though I haven't played league in years at this point. I don't agree that these games are a waste of time. True , I could've learnt probably multiple instruments in the time I invested into them , but they brought and they still bring me joy. I love them and they make me happy , I don't see that as time wasted and honestly I'm glad you enjoyed them as well. Have a good night man, thanks for all the great content.
I was more confused by him not deflecting moves he really should have been deflecting. I think he played too much of the other From games and just has dodge as his default reaction.
I genuinely expected this video to be you trying to kill darkeater midir throughout the entire video and fail. I'm pleasantly surprised at your progress!
you did the whole game to face isshin without dying once ? Impressive ngl edit : you also did all of it without kuro's charm ? wtf you're a real gamer with a capital G
Souls players would be so much happier if they devoted half the dedication they give to beating Souls games to developing literally any real life skill
Why does he call Isshin a difficult boss? This is an easy boss for those whose older brother did not complete the entire game instead of them. I spent 10 times more attempts on old Isshin in the Sura ending. No, not because he is stronger, but because it was my first ending and if anyone didn’t know, Sura’s ending is about half shorter than all the other endings. That is, I skipped all the late game boss battles so that I could fight a boss that was no weaker than them. In other words, I didn't have the opportunity to get the skill before this boss. On the other hand, young Isshin is the very last boss. Plus, this is the most honest boss who will never show you mean blows or techniques that you have never seen before. It’s as if he’s saying: now show me everything you’ve learned (except for running around the arena and poking my ass with your stick!) As for the other bosses, Midir just makes you fight for 10+ minutes, and Malenia has one dishonest move). Just parry lol
168 hours to just kill all the bosses or the 100%? i have like 38h but only killed the bosses, incuding nameless king and gael.... fking gael... guts sword no shirt as a build btw strenght babyyyyyyyyyyy
My brother is a little silly, he likes midir so much he set out to flawless him, he did it 2 times in a row and I couldnt beat him once. I had a easier time on gael
Hey its actual Tim from Wisconsin here, and Dark man I just wanted to say you really impressed me. You slew the dragon. Beheaded the samurai. And bonked a woman made of butterflies. Something I never thought I'd see you achieve. Good job man. Ps I knew you'd never make it to let alone beat old Chris R. Ha are you even a gamer UnSincerely yours Tim from wisconsin
"Achilles always wins in the end" (5:06) - If you think that the player and the character are not separate, but one meta-entity inside the game, you might start to think that this statement pronounced by Darkk Mane is a bit deeper. After all, in gaming, the character's death is often a temporary setback, a narrative device that emphasizes learning, growth, and perseverance. This mechanic metaphorically mirrors the human condition, where failure is not the end but a step towards eventual success. The "You Died" screen becomes less a marker of finality and more a pause, a momentary lapse before rebirth. It's in this cyclical process of death and revival that the game extends an existential proposition: immortality through persistence. The Ashen One can't die, at least not when the "You Died" screen appears. You can't lose as long as you come back to play again. The only time the "hero" really dies is when the player stops playing the game. As long as there is an "Achilles" and a player to push the buttons, they will always win in the end. "When I die in the world of time, then I'm completely asleep. I'm very much aware that all I have to do is choose to wake. And I'm alive again."
Cuphead is hard because you need to imagine where your char will be positioned after dodge etc it's for me 10 times more demanding than souls because it's more about imaginary than real timing Now try something harder like ninja gaiden or melania mod unallayed melania or impossible melania or garden of eyes mod...
malenia felt almost laughably easy to me compared to the other two since i actually beat her in a reasonably low time. ishin and midtier are the only souls bosses i have yet to beat from all games excluding demons souls

“God, I’m so challenged right now.”
Oh man, the cackle that forced its way out of my throat was great. I’ll be using this line now.
Can't believe those first 3 games were just warm ups
😢
"I'm still here, I'm just kinda seething."- Real big mood some days

I love how picturesque each time he killed the bosses as well, Melina with the backstab, Ishin with the lightning, and Midir with a critical hit.
Overcoming the incompetence of your own teammates in League will forever be the most challenging.
"You know what? I miss, the hatred..."
ah yep, there it is
You stomping Isshin unironically made me hyped.
I was more confused by him not deflecting moves he really should have been deflecting. I think he played too much of the other From games and just has dodge as his default reaction.
I actually thought the whole video was going to be Darkeater Midir about 8 minutes in. Then a 5 second animation of a Midir doodle eating you, Darkk
Kp😊l😅ooo

Oo

You just needs to threaten it like "Don't do it, don't make me level up."
This is my favorite timeline.
Fake gamer, everyone knows Shadow the Hedgehog is the most video game boss there is
I didn't know that purpletheus had a lovely relative in the lands between
Completed Ds3 on my first playthrough with 32 hours (Dlc included). I'm pretty happy haha
really funny seeing him beat the second boss and then looking at the run time seeing that this is only half of the video
ngl i ACTUALLY thought you were going to finish owl, if you did i geniunely would've had the mentality of never giving up lol
The Imagine Dragons cover I didn't know I need in my life until now. Good fucking job Nithin
I genuinely expected this video to be you trying to kill darkeater midir throughout the entire video and fail. I'm pleasantly surprised at your progress!
nithin please save us from the fraser reboot time line again!!!
Hearing ballin while watching someone fight malenia was so strangely nostalgic
21:40 Never go full Sisyphus
this is incredibly funny to me because i literally just beat midir using Smough's Hammer yesterday. took me like 3 hours.
the indomitable human spirit
Ornstein using Smough's hammer is pretty cursed
10:41 You just described my 12 year of league....
you did the whole game to face isshin without dying once ?
Impressive ngl
edit : you also did all of it without kuro's charm ? wtf you're a real gamer with a capital G
i am loving this new form of nithin. Watching him play new games is much more entertaining than League soul-collecting compilations
Ok but how do you have +6 estus at Midir 😂
Purplina is so cool, someone should draw her working out or smthn haha
I never get sick of the Isshin killing animation
DOMAIN EXPANSION DODGE CITY LMFAO
such a banger song
I'm 69% convinced people who are good at Souls games are sexually attracted to the "you died" screen.
My jaw literally dropped when I saw Christopher Robin
this was a fun tribute video to Imagine dragons' biggest hit song, "it's time"
What an absolute madman!A LEGEND
Darkk Mane is so back
After you said "I'll learn how to do it myself" you should have summoned mimic tear. Could have been a good bit
love you tho
This man is so underrated
It pains me to see people attack Midir literally anywhere except the head
love seeing fromsoft on non fromsoft channels
Thumbnail game on point.
People forget how absolutely hellish that final game is.
Souls players would be so much happier if they devoted half the dedication they give to beating Souls games to developing literally any real life skill
Man this is really cool. Anyways you should kill annihilation on remnant 2 now.

Great tip for beating malenia super ez and fast just use rykard weapon max it to 10 and spam R2 ez win
There is also the Japanese version of the final game which is EVEN HARDER
It is always weird to me when video games don't count as a useful life skill but playing music does.
thanks I lost all hope and faith in humanity now.. if you couldnt beat the owl nobody can
Dark Mann doing midir with only 9 +6 estus flasks is actually kinda nuts lol
make a palworld video
you rock
Where is Krimpus
Has darkkmane streamed his elden ring run?
i almost clicked off at the outro glad i watched nithin fight christopher robins
I love this
Deacons harder than midir after 7 playthroughs ngl 🥱
Was he damage kinda small in dark souls 3?
Darkmane
Hi man miss you
Why smoughs
168 hours to just kill all the bosses or the 100%? i have like 38h but only killed the bosses, incuding nameless king and gael.... fking gael... guts sword no shirt as a build btw strenght babyyyyyyyyyyy

You are so brave traveler
bro rly doesnt like Vigor huh xD
My brother is a little silly, he likes midir so much he set out to flawless him, he did it 2 times in a row and I couldnt beat him once. I had a easier time on gael
TITTIESSSSS
You didn't beat Vergil from dmc 3 so all the hard bosses you beat don't count
Hey its actual Tim from Wisconsin here, and Dark man I just wanted to say you really impressed me. You slew the dragon. Beheaded the samurai. And bonked a woman made of butterflies. Something I never thought I'd see you achieve. Good job man.

hello, its me, tim from wisconsin
I don't like how accurate this was to my mindset. Please go back to making comedy videos instead of documentaries about me.
"If i can do it, anyone can"
-Darkkmane as he walks away from a group of children in wheelchairs
2 DARKK MANE VIDEOS IN A MONTH I REPEAT 2 DAKK MANE VIDEOS IN A MONTH

Fuck i'm high
0:39 never stopped you before...
I would also now add Alextrassia(hope Im spelling it right) from lies of P to iconic hard bosses.
The electric woman? That's Laxasia
Orphan of Kos from Bloodborne too
Shes isn't even that hard????
I'd def put nameless puppet above her. She just has long combos but nameless is relentless
She's legit the coolest boss in the game tho
Wears dragon slayer set to fight Midir. +1 for role playing my dude.
Going into nidir without max estus is wild
The only time I fought Midir was my first run ever where I didn't know how to upgrade flasks. Beat DS3 with +0 flasks and it was awful
nooo don't krill yourself you're so good at video games aha
please mr. mane PLEASE could you do some parodies of songs
your covers are so fire
I am so confused, how do you have 160h in ds3 and 9 estus +6 ????😂
I greatly enjoy this video.
Can you do an ap khazix video? with the new items? I would love to see that.
A 29¢ burger really does sound nice
Purplina punch killing blow was poetry
Where is the justice? #sf2
6:37 Blizzard, EA, Bethesda,...
Holy Iam hyped af Well done Dark sir. Motivational speaker himself blessed us.
Another absolute banger! Makes me genuinely laugh.
Classic Darkk Mane W
Diggin deep for this one Darkk
this is so good.
im the opposite of numb while being numb, nithin the king strikes again
Cuphead is hard because you need to imagine where your char will be positioned after dodge etc it's for me 10 times more demanding than souls because it's more about imaginary than real timing

Darkk Mane truly has a Dark Soul
malenia felt almost laughably easy to me compared to the other two since i actually beat her in a reasonably low time. ishin and midtier are the only souls bosses i have yet to beat from all games excluding demons souls
mf decided to touch Dark Souls again after years
