Yo can you make a vid on jetting the carb. The kit I bought from go power sports has the header pipe + the air filter which I’ve set up before but I’d like a vid on jetting it if possible thanks
Hey I just bought a stage 1 kit the exact same one that you did. There is no welding needed to fit this exhaust right? Also can you post a video of you driving your massimo and maybe a top speed test? Thanks!
@@JT-zn5mg thanks for the response man, left this comment before i got the bike and now i got it. Was honestly disappointed in the speed and going the top speed was just boring and it felt like i could honestly run faster, is slow as fuck. Gonna try to do the mods you showcased
They recommend those upgraded valve springs because putting that kit on, assuming you took the governor out, will make the engine reach higher rpms, and the stock valve springs you have in your engine are meant for the stock rpms, so eventually I would swap out those stock valve springs in the future so they don't wear out on you.
Bruh I mean good video except you didn’t install any gaskets that is very dumb and can mess Ykur bike up. If you did and didn’t show that that’s also dumb but you always replace your gaskets and the carb and exhaust pipe both have gaskets
brother... what's dumb is commenting without checking if what your stating is actually true, first thing you got wrong is there is a gasket on the carb that gold piece in front is the gasket, second thing you got wrong is there is also a gasket on the exhaust studs, ill let this one slide because the gasket and the exhaust port are roughly the same color, third thing in the video you here me say I've owned the bike for a couple months tf would i need to replace gaskets after a couple months of owning it, next time double check before commenting
This was major! I just bought my MB200 trailmaster and am waiting delivery of my stage 1 upgrade and 12” shocks. Your videos will be my new manuals.👍🏾
Very well done and easy to understand. Thank you
your welcome :)
Do you have a video on how to remove the governor on the Massimo 200?

I can try to getting around to it
Nice video. I have the same Massimo Warrior MB200 but with a Predator 212 swap. Going to order a stage 1 kit from GPS and also a torque converter.
nice man, make some vids of you ripping around
Nice video man thanks for the info gonna grab this right now
👍👍👍
Alright guy! We have a matching db30s and a Trailmaster MB200-2! I totally subbed, lol.
nice man
What about the jet
What about the upgraded carb jet?
Good call , I just said the same thing.
I went ahead and got a vm22 w 120 jet
Doubled the output on my 212 that and I shaved the head a bit !👍

you don't have to do any welding to fit the exhaust
What about changing out the carb jet
where's the larger jetting for the carb
I already installed it in the carburetor before I made this video.
Can you send the link for the exhaust?
i have a vid on my channel reviewing the exhaust on here, the links there
Do you take the muffler out?
The original one on the Massimo
yeah you have to remove the OEM exhaust to be able to fit the new exhaust pipe on
Can you show how to remove the governor
are you positive this kit will work on the Massimo 196cc? it doesnt say its supported on the site. also how fast did it go after the mod
yeah it works, i have the exact kit installed on my bike, and after the mods and taking out the governor it hits 45 50

@@Willy38134 definitely relive the governor
Remove*
@@JT-zn5mg nah, im WAY too fucking stupid to do that, most i can do is replace a carb. i'd have to deconstruct the whole bike to remove the governer
What kit do I buy for the MB warrior 200
Did you jet the carb, and if so with what?
yeah the kit comes with a performance .038 Jet
How do you rejet the carb on one of these
Hey I'm ordering the kit for my Massimo MB200 and I'm curious what are the valve springs for that it recommends you buy?

@@JT-zn5mg if I leave the governor in would I still need them
@@connorneufeld413 I've done that before where I throw a kit on the engine and keep the governor in and I haven't had any issues
Hey umm do you happen to know what size sprocket the mb200 has
are you talking about the center hole size or the whole sprocket in general?
I see on the website it says for a Coleman but it fits the massimo bike?
yeah, they dont have a specific massimo kit, this one fits though
You don't know a nut from a bolt?
Is there a new gasket on the back side of the air filter adapter ?
No you have to use the original metal gasket that comes with ur carb but it does come with a paper gasket
@@JT-zn5mg thanks man
i have the same bike but camo but did yu remove that thing that says hot to put the exhaust on
I mean you can keep it on if you want, it'll just look ugly
Nice video
