Mandioca é um super alimento. Cozida com sal ou com açúcar é delicioso. Ralar a mandioca e deixar de molho depois espremer a massa e fica só a fécula da mandioca. Ela seca dura um ano e pode fazer bolinho, mingau, enfim... é um super alimento. Tudo que vocês fazem com a farinha de arroz se faz com farinha de mandioca. O que vocês dão para os porcos e aves, mata a fome no nordeste do Brasil.

Nhat insiste em manter os pés descalços! Minha avó sempre dizia, muitas doenças são heranças de andar descalço no chão frio. Pelo visto Nhat quer continuar tendo problemas de saúde! Porque uma bota de borracha e um par de meias não custa tão caro!

Kong, you showed us a good way to harvest cassava. Dig first then pull and all came out nicely. 😅😂 you got tired or wanted to be fast towards the end and pull them up instead. So some broke and you have to do extra work to dig them.
I am impressed by the way you harvested the bamboo shoots in your previous recent video.
Great work Nhat in clearing the compound and the path leading to the house. What a welcoming gesture. Grow some flowers by the side way like you used to before.
Smart way to cook the cassava and sell. People would want to buy and eat immediately.
