‘jungkook is so impressive’ is something he needed to hear, because the person he is now, the effort that really went and goes into his craft is insane… god really gave everything to him, but the fact is he had the ability to hone it, and make his talents shine through hard work. endlessly proud of him, i hope he continues to shine bright
Jungkook is really the ace, the backbone, the wonder kid, whatever you call him, that man has special talent. I’m happy chris martin recognized that and made sure Jungkook knows it :)
And JK often said that he 'isn't enough'. I just pulled my hair and screamed fo him to feel me 'You are the most amazing human being! You got the look, talent, attitude, appetite, you are basically sit on a dyonisus throne!'
He didn't say "tell JK he is good" he said "tell him he is SO IMPRESSIVE" that is really acknowledging his talent. I loved that. I loved everything about this documentary, Chris was really feeling this collaboration and after seeing this I respect him even more as an artist. Also, thank you for addressing the hate comments directed at pdoggs, it makes me really mad to see this kind of thing happen and I fully agree with everything you said.
Thank you so much DJ Jino for all your honest, on point, awesome descriptions towards Jungkook's talent. "He is the absolute wonder kid" "He can sing everything" "He is amazing" "He is top tier" "Legendary tier" , these words makes me feel the proudest Jungkook stan. Chris Martin did recognize his amazing vocals that he purposely asked the interpreter to tell JK he is impressive. I'm just happy to know each time Jungkook's talent is appreciated.
57:54 can you believe the band Coldplay 'debuted' before Jungkook was even born? Coldplay is older than JK. Chris Martin has _definitely_ been in the game for a loong time..but he still retains a sense of wonder in his words, you know?, that's really cool to see!
Jungkook is immensely talented; unfortunately, there’s a toxic mindset of some army that if JK receives recognition this somehow diminishes the member they stan. Thank you for recognizing Jungkook and for emphasizing that “good is good” no matter who you bias.
All 7 is so so so good 💜 they are a family, and you can hear it in there songs. Like RM said, they are special 💫. Period. There will NEVER be a song with bts as a whole where it’s not good- all member do something amazing to there songs. (Sorry about my English- it’s not my first language 🙈).
@@nadiakarpinski4732they all are great but there's greater among all the great too...and jk specifically in vocals is absolute top tier among them and many singers too
I like how people going crazy about Jungkook in this song, cause he deserves it so much. He is talented, born talented also very hard-working, never stop praticing to make progress and he is so sincere to music. So keep praising him, because he deserves it
A lot solo stan fans are overly protective, obsessive-compulsive and overly sensitive tiger moms really. I just wish they just enjoy the song the boys and the other artists they collaborate and will collaborate in the future. It mars the other Armys' experience. They are a band of brothers who are professionals who are talented and knows they have many things to learn, hone and perfect. That's artistry. So this documentary really should shut the haters up seeing that the boys are enjoying the collaboration. And yes pls let the vocal line use the lower registry of their voices. Thank you Jino
Many fans care so much about line distributions. It's not about how many words or how many seconds your bias sings in a song. It's impossible to divide everything evenly. I saw TIktok videos implying RM tried to steal V's line just from watching a 3 second conversation in this documentary. They spent two days recording the song and this documentary is only 15 minutes long. We really don't know what else had happened in between. Instead of just enjoying the story telling, people dissect it to death.
I appreciate that you spoke so truthfully about Jungkook. I'm aware as I've subscribed to your channel since you started that you get a lot of flack by praising his talent, and I actually started observing within the last year that you have also either stopped talking about him completely or sort of purposely avoided mentioning him in your reactions. I am quite sure you did it to sort of keep the peace especially among solos & akgaes that follow you but I personally felt very disappointed. I really like your honest reactions and it was disappointing to see you impacted by solo fanwars. But you're right Jino, GOOD is good. Extraordinary talent like the one Jungkook has needs to be acknowledged. Just like how we all recognize RM's extraordinary lyricism. And that does not take away anything from the rest of the group. BTS will always be 7. RM has said this before - They're lucky to have Jungkook. Him leading the vocals for BTS doesn't take away what Jimin, Tae or Jin have to offer at all. They all have unique vocal flavors and that's what makes BTS songs special. I guess with extraordinary talent, comes more hate. It's strange that he gets hate & not love because the Jungkook that we know will never overstep his boundaries, has always remained humble & continues to work hard to improve himself. All of them have. I will continue to believe that the number of armys who appreciate JK far outweigh those who speak ill of him every chance they get.
I could not have said it better. I too was disappointed when I realized that Jino was purposely avoiding to comment about Jungkook over the course of time so I’m glad he’s starting to get back to being more comfortable with talking about JK again. Excellent comment.
When Jino talks about how special it is that Chris and BTS were able to meet in person, it makes me wish that he and all of us bots could meet at a live concert and experience those feelings together. I love the interaction and chemistry here so much! To some, we may seem like just a bunch of random ppl in a live chat, but it goes way beyond that. I do believe souls have an unexplainable way of connecting in this universe. This song takes me to those places and this channel somehow becomes My Universe when I’m here.
Wow Suga Mama...you always know how to express feelings so beautifully..!! This is definitely the finest reaction group...even for someone like myself who doesn't join in chats but absolutely loves 'listening' to those of who do...a joy ride with you 'Armchair Armys' and the Absolutely A-One Reactor on YT...DJ Jino/NegaNugu...!!!💜💜 P.S. Are you enjoying your GTFO sweatshirt..?!?🙂
@@cindythomas108 Lol. I’m glad you enjoy my “cheesy” lines, as someone once teasingly said to me in the chat. It can start lovely conversations like this with you! 😉 I’m inspired by Jino to not care… for the right reasons…what others think. My words are my truth and I don’t feel I have to hide them here. That’s why I love y’all!! 💜💜 Funny thing about GTFO ss…I’m not sure if there’s another Suga Mama out there, but I think the tee co told Jino I bought that, when I got the navy blue DJ JINO tee. I like it. Good quality. Need to get Marie merch ordered! 🐕
@@sugamama4049 Definitely far from 'cheesy'..!! Perhaps that came from a 'younger generation' commentor (?!?)...of course I don't know your 'vintage' but regardless of age you have a very mature way of expressing yourself... Keep up the great work of being you and looking forward to 'seeing/reading you' in another comment section or in Jino's glorious streams...!!!💜 Has anyone ever asked you who DJ Jino was when you wear the tee...?!?🤔
@@cindythomas108 Thank you for the kind words. 😊 I’ll say I’m not good at live chats at all…my words are either too quick & discombobulated or my thoughts are a good five min behind! 😂 But it’s so fun!! And yes, ironically enough, my Army status/admiration for BTS was revealed to a couple coworker friends thru my Jino tee!! I told them he’s a cool guy on YT who plays & reacts to interesting music. That led to BTS. I think subconsciously I wanted to be asked so I could step out of the purple closet & make my affinity for the guys known, as we normally don’t share in each other’s personal lives. Lol. Army life, ya know!? 😜💜
Not enough is said, imo, about the range and versatility that JK brings to the table. Ever since I got into BTS, you know what remains the one constant in their entire discography? You can always expect JK to bring the best out of the entire group. He will work FOR you and WITH you. People have to understand how tremendous of a feat it is for a kid at the age of 13-14 years old to be given the title of main vocal, or even center for that matter. He could’ve easily folded early on his career but he stuck with it, put in the work, and now is being hailed as one of the best if not the best vocalist in not only South Korea but the world. You just can’t find talent like that anywhere. He’s like the Michael Jackson of BTS, in the sense that he will always be front and center and people have to eventually accept that. If Chris sees it then that’s only another exclamation point to a very convincing resume. I’d like to imagine he’s going to be bigger than where he is now. Just watch because I know I will be waiting for that glorious day.
Such a fab comment. You get his value and you acknowledge his enormous talent, potential and hard work. I wish more people could see whats right in fron of their eyes too 💜
I agree but I think he will always want to be part of Bangtan. The support, love, content and encouragement they give him allows him the safe space to express himself and shine. He will do great solo work but I would be surprised if he goes it alone. Being a solo artist is a lonely life. As they said in their recent group vlive after the UN speech, together, they have a great balance between the 7 of them. Sorry this is so long!
I wonder how their songs sounds like without him coz again Namjoon said, there's no replacement for Jungkook. He's role is exceptional but tiring doing almost everything yet some Armys or should say solo stans keep on hating him.
@@maryannmorabe2473 they will surely know his worth when he's already out of the group. Just a wild guess, but if ever he go solo,he can manage to outdo the whole group. Even now,his solo songs already doing better than the whole group songs,or among solo songs.
@@mrbltmsnvrd101 euphoria dethroned butter on genius charts, and his songs are only Korean songs to be charting over 80 and 77+ weeks. His solos are doing better in every charts. Even decalcomania dethroned new releases. Even if he go solo he can do better than whole group. And without him all songs will be flop.
Well said ~ I am so touched and grateful that you have come out very clear on praising and appreciating JK's such talented voice, which many fans (supposed to be I guess) tried to deny such fact for so many years in jealousy and other reasons. This is why I am so keen on to listen to your reviews and reactions.
I felt like this collaboration is the most genuine one thus far. BTS have been one of Coldplay’s biggest fans. RM and Jhope even went to their concert in 2017. Chris praises BTS whenever he does interviews. I saw great chemistry, good vibes and plenty of laughters in this documentary. I really hope there will be more of these two groups in the future.
Gosh Jungkook I'm really amazed with your overflowing talent you deserve a praise man and to have a solo album solo concert in the near future looking forward for that.
Yesssss...I can imagine how would it be when Jk has a solo concert (I imagine this when I watched he is singing in his vlive for more then 2 hours without cracking his voice...)
Thanks for putting solos and mantis in their place. They talk like they personally know PDogg, the members or the situation when they obviously don´t. They need to learn their place as fans and stop disrespecting BTS and their team.
I have thought from the beginning of my discovery of BTS that I would love to hear them all singing in their lower registers much more often. They sound so amazing in their mid and lower ranges, and we just don’t get to hear enough of it. I think they would be glad of it too. I know Tae would! 😅 And seriously, when JK sings in his powerful mid range chest voice . . . 🔥🔥🔥.
Why I'm getting emotional right now. I just really feel bad that people hate him for being good and talented, how could they hate a beautiful soul like Jungkook. And yeah, some Jin's stans now are becoming toxic.
DJ Jino - Chris Martin is British. I loved the reciprocal admiration of each other. Chris for BTS's unique talent; BTS members fanboying over an idol of theirs. You can see in our BTS men how they still do not see themselves as "the biggest band on the planet". They're in awe that a "celebrity" of Chris's magnitude would want to work with them. I first saw Coldplay at their debut concert in Toronto, February 2001, in a rave/edm hall with 2000 people. To me, seeing this collaboration speaks to me of how the universe conspired to make this happen. We're students and teachers every single second of our lives and there was a need and a purpose to give life to My Universe. For me, it's not a coincidence that Chris had a melody and name stuck in his head. He was asked to connect with his kindred spirit (BTS) and bring this song to life. I'm happy Chris heard the call and BTS answered it. When kindred spirits finally hear their whale song being answered, they're no longer the loneliest whale. :)
@@rvermillion8188 I won't really say respect exactly. It's kind of just a gesture you make when you greet someone kind of. But yeah it's still respectful. :)
I love this song so much and army should be proud of this collab...Coldplay n BTS just doing that so well..So proud of these 7 guys..But I really appreciate how you describe jungkook's talent and capability..You explain it so clearly and honestly..Thank you so much
Thank you for speaking up about the comments to Jin and the line distribution of this song. I could not understand why there was so much fuss made about this by fans/ARMY. Maybe it's because I am "old" (62) but I respect the people I "stan" and some of the things I see folks say about BTS and yet claim they are fans/ARMY are disturbing. You put it so well, "we" have no business butting into their professional life. BTS give us so much and go through so much to bring us content they should be respected.
Yes to this. I feel like we're very lucky as fans when we get to see more of their persona behind the idol image. I love what they're willing to share with us and I RESPECT what they don't.
@@LITTIE_ENFANT ohhhh true, they wanna use the power of armys to complain to media and hype/bighit because solo stans aren't acknowledged and if anything bad happened, the blame will be on armys, not them.
As for the situation with Pdogg, it sounded like a compliment. You have to assume they have been working on this song for a long time and Pdogg is saying basically that he is really hearing improvement from JIN. It was basically a compliment as well. I don't get why people are being negative. The reason why JIN's vocals have come out so much is because he has the passion to evolve and others around him have encouraged him to do so. JIN is blossoming. And what a beautiful moment that was. Celebrated it with him. Solos have taken his moment and drowned it with negativity. So childish.
Yeah, I agree with Jino. They're professionals and so line distros shouldnt even be a discussion or an issue. They (producers included) will do whats best for the song and the vibe they want to pull off. Its so admirable that an artist with such a stature and caliber as Chris Martin is this humble and down to earth. Its like watching a mentor-mentee relationship. And watching the documentary, the boys look so pumped and excited to participate in this record in any capacity so lets not make issues where there is none and just be happy for the boys. Theyre learning from the best, its so amazing!
''practice makes perfect'' these solo stans (basically bts antis) think people dont need to practice to do well in something lolllllllllllll UNREALISTIC IN THE REAL WORLD. they also keep complaining to hype/bighit that ''jin is not a background singer!'' as if jin doing harmonisation is easy and unimportant in a song, so disrespectful and insulting to a singer!
Chris really the cool man. Now that I rewatch a few times, I realised that he not just sincerely make this song, he even let BTS side to be creative as well, in lyrics and music, instead of just restricted to his own style, he really is THE MAN
Jino spitting straight facts 💯! I have no idea why people think that acknowledging jungkook's outstanding vocal and musical talents somehow diminishes the other vocalists. It's ignorant and shows how little understanding many fans have about music. Disrespecting and attacking pdogg who has been by their side from the beginning is absolutely horrific. They did the same to sung deuk (a couple months ago) who has also been their choreographer from the beginning because they were angry about jimin not heading the dance break in butter. I mean seriously these are professionals who clearly know what they are doing, but crazy fans who have absolutely no knowledge of the subject feel that they can interfere and attack something their team decided was best. It's absolutely crazy how entitled these types of fans believe they have the right to be. Also this documentary made me respect Chris Martin as a person so much with his kindness and beliefs that I agree with as well!
I always love your reactions.. and you always give honest reactions and comments every time.. and JK did everything well..always proud of him .. Love Bangtan,Coldplay and You too DJ Jino !
god when will we be free from these solo stans and mantis, they always victimizes bts like they’re some kids who don’t get to say anything when they’re actually very involve with the whole process of making their music. They’re the decision makers here and they’re all full grown adults ffs! Solo stans stop speaking over them. Also #/pdogg_out really? He’s literally a million dollar producer! The highest paid producer in their industry. Yall are just fans don’t go overboard. Yall don’t even know them. “Oh no he’s probably sad” “this is why he has low self esteem” Solos love to make their own narratives and act like they personally know these boys and overanalyzes things. Mind you, pdogg has been with bts for such long time, heck he’s with bts even bts hasn’t even formed yet. He’s been producing hit songs for them, they’re even irl friends and bts themselves has said that (check recent interviews). Bts themselves has said it multiple times that they are actually the ones who choose the line distributions and pick which voice will suit best in particular parts. They’re happy with it. The results shows it.
With Jungkook’s real talents & determination to hardwork, it isnt impossible to gain respect & appreciation from respected people in the music industry. JK IS SO IMPRESSIVE
This is the reason why I will always follow DJ Jino.. no matter how many times he got cancelled.. he explained everything perfectly.. I even agree with his comments about Pdogg.. Pdogg is their boss in studio.. no matter how popular BTS is.. without Pdogg.. it's a lot damaged for them especially when recording and producing a songs..
There are a few things that have brought me unexpected joy and are helping me endure this pandemic. And I 'found' both of them at about the same time: BTS and DJ "Genius" Jino. It's often said you find BTS when you need them and I suppose for me the same can also be said about DJJ as well. I don't speak up in the chat often (how do y'all keep up with Jino, the music and each other!!??) but you all are so wacky and welcoming it feels like hanging out with friends. No side chick for me, Jino. In my opinion, you're the real and only deal .
Agree.. no side chick jino. U're the genuine one.. the real reactor I watch.. I assume others was fake. U know why 🙄. Oh! 3 night in row I slept like 3am because of you. 😴
Thank you jino to put some sensitive, possessive, immature people into their place. It's so frustrating they make every little thing into a drama and ruin the joy
This comment section itself proves the ultimate hatred some people inside the fandom has for him. For what? For getting slightly more lines than others when he deserves it. He is the main vocalist works so hard but always gets degraded. It's shocking how praising jk itself is considered as an attack on other members. In what world
@@maricarol1207 haha, you are misunderstanding what I said my friend, I am actually taking your side and I have also replied to other comments you made, supporting your view. My response "Solo stan world. Haven´t we seen more than enough of that ?" was a sarcastic reply as continuation of your last sentence " In what world"... I use sarcasm often, sorry of it threw you off :-) But if you are bothered I won´t touch your comments no more
Fk off other bro we love jk fk what's other fking solo stans and so called 0t7 thinks jk is the best he is the main vocal he deserves to have more lines
chris martin hasnt changed one bit. ive been a fan of coldplay since forever. chris always talks w a smile like hes beaming w joy whenever he speaks. i love that man so much
“We gotta talk about how big of a genius I am.” DJ Jino’s inner Jin comes out. Not being humble but being hilarious 😂 My heart is so full. Coldplay was my very first band I fell in love with in my late teens. They healed me in ways I can never repay them for. And then BTS came into my life like a powerhouse. Falling in love with BTS is my best life changing decision. Both worlds colliding is a confirmation I should be proud of who I am and where I am in life. I’m in my late 20’s in college in the medical field. There are days where I see grim situations but BTS helps lift my spirits up and motivates me.
Pdogg is one of the reasons BTS is where they are, even Bang PD is known for being hard on BTS an d BTS respects them for it. Fans who are quick to get offended are like spoiled immature brats.
It is a mistake, a big mistake, multiplied by selfishness, to attribute the fact of the popularity of the BTS group only to the leadership of Hybe. The identity, the talents of each member of the group, the talent and uniqueness of Jungkook, plus Bang PD's intuitive flair and Pdogg's professionalism have created what we are seeing now, the "BTS phenomenon."
@@ckaniala IKR. without them imagine it won't be this big and phenomenon won't happen. They are also part of BTS success even they call pdogg the 8th member. and they have been work for a long time
Some idiots forget why this collaboration happened and what the meaning of this song is about!!! It should be all people loving each other from all over the world despite their differences. Should not be tearing or making these kind of stupid comments on social media about a person who has been with HTS since the beginning!!!! All BTS members have so much respect for Pdogg!!!!
I agreed on how Kpop groups are so focus on the high notes. I would like to see Hybe utilizes outside producers more. They have the resources and connections to the best out there.
Jealousy kills. I’m new to the fandom and I’m actually super surprised to read comments that Jino purposely didn’t want to comment about how good Jungkook is because he didn’t want to “provoke” other solos? Omg I didn’t know such thing still happens because ain’t these reactions supposed to be portraying their honest opinions? If not what’s the point of watching them? Glad you have decided to voice out your honest opinion about Jungkook this time and that’s what brought me here. And for this, I’m subscribing to your channel. Hope you understand that ARMY is not a bunch of 15 year olds only and there are matured adults like me who appreciates and values your honest opinions. Take away: stay truthful and you know that’s how you can gain respect and viewers.
Jino speaks fact…I love that you are honest. They did great and Chris Martin did a great job. He deserves credit as well. One of the best collaborations I have heard…
Exactly!!!! I have a creative partner that I have been working with since 2007. And let me tell you as a professional - that the creative/work process is not pretty. That does not mean that we are mean to each other but we are honest and that means that a lot of times we have different opinions and directions and lots of hard late late nights with vigorous discussions. But at the end of it all, we trust and push each other so that at the end of the day the work is amazing and satisfying. 💜
I agree with you, Jino! I can't believe that those so called fans will say something about their work. Like they are working for goodness sake. They are ruining this pleasant experience and song for everyone acting like entitled fans. I couldn't understand where they get the degrading comment from. When I watched that part, I didn't took it as something negative. I mean Jin and every member improve each time they record a new song and I think Pdogg just acknowledged that. He is with them from the very beginning after all, so he knows very well their improvements. To a more happy vibes, the song is amazing enough but watching the documentary made it more heartwarming. Coldplay and Bangtan loves for music is so enormous.
Finally someone speak up and talk about it. My gosh when I say trend of PDOGG OUT on twitter and I found out it's not something harmful to Jin and they try to blown out the proportion is giving me a headache. This solo stans are out of control. This needs to stop
@@hizrianalfarisi4368 honestly, I don't think those solos will ever stop. They are not on their right mind. They interpret every second of the video they watched related to the boys as if they know everything going on behind the scene. They victimized the members as if the members are not full grown adult.
Nowadays I've been noticing a lot of things fans get upset about that upset me (because it just brings negativity for no reason/making something out of nothing), so even though I'm ARMY, I try not to find a lot of things online in terms of fan discussions and whatnot. I watch and take in BTS content, that's it haha. I didn't even realize fans were thinking Pdogg's comment about Jin's vocals was rude. When I watched the video, I thought it was a compliment and showed Jin's seriousness towards work. Love that you addressed the line distribution, as well. So many people were upset about it and when I watched this video, I was thinking, "Those people HAVE to see this..." Like, sorry, but not every song will be fair and evenly distribute lines. Each singer has certain strengths/charm to their vocals and not all songs can highlight that for everyone evenly. Especially if you have a main vocalist, they're called that for a reason, so people really shouldn't be surprised if he has more lines... I'm not a JK bias, but like you said, I can acknowledge talent. Anyway, I can go on, but yeah I just appreciate that you can politely address when fans may be out of line and explain from a musical + professional standpoint.
I was listening to your thoughts on in-house producers and poof, the stream ended. I hope there's a part two so I can hear the rest of your thoughts on this. I don't know about inefficient, but consistency of sound is the one thing that comes to mind. That said, I think that leads to some stagnancy, even in BTS's varied styles, of sound. Much like you commented, there is no reason for BTS to _not_ sing in their lower registers. Frankly, given how often the members [even Jimin at times] comment upon how high the vocals are for them, there is in fact, every reason *to* drop the key of their songs overall. I don't think it will make them unfamiliar to us. As for Pdogg's comment to Jin: As a native English speaker, I can tell when BTS is working hard to pronounce words accurately. As someone learning Korean, I can say, it's *so* _very_ difficult to pronounce words in a language not your own, in which you are not fluent and unaccented, to SING in that language. Jin *clearly* _did_ practice. Pdogg's comment acknowledges that hard work; how rewarding [and yes a bit embarrassing] it must have been to get that verbal pat on the back, in front of someone [not your family] that you respect and whom you are trying to impress. People really need to think.
PDogg and all the others who have worked with Bangtan all these years are part of the reason why BTS is BTS now. If not for their direction and feedback, the members wouldn't have learned, they wouldn't have grown, and they wouldn't have become as good as they are. The boys respect PDogg and everyone with whom they work. That's why BTS is meticulous and they are perfectionists at what they do. They are excellent because of how Bang PD, PDogg, and their other producers have raised them. I don't like it when fans like myself want to treat Bangtan as if they are babies. Let them work as they should work. Bangtan can't just live on praises all the time. We don't need to shelter them from every bit of constructive feedback that's meant to help them get better and better.
Really enjoyed these thoughtful comments. Excellent point about the fixation on high notes and high pitched songs which has led to some BTS music sounding formulaic.
Hey Jino, you are a GENIUS! 😂 seriously, what you said in the last 5 minutes is something I’ve always thought. Why do they have to sing so high all the time? I have heard theories about the higher pitch being easier for females to sing along and maybe that’s why the do it? 🤷♀️ And the other thing… I hope they learned a lot from their time with Chris Martin. Being in the studio with him is like taking a master class in music production.
Loved the documentary - to see how the song came together. Also 💯 agree with you about how it’s ridiculous about what some BTS fans said about P Dogg: Chris and BTS are professionals so no doubt no offense taken when their producers are going for the best, Well said Jino for your opinion 👍🏼
I swear. The people with issues towards Pdogg are either kids, people who don’t have a job that gets feedback or just absolutely terrible at being a human. We all need feedback. And they have trusted pdogg for so many years. It’s complete disrespect towards bangtan to hate on this person they trust
like, theres no way that this kind of people can get to function in real life. they are immature/naive, irrational and have unrealistic thoughts. most of the time they sound like kids who have never work before.
I wonder how are solo stans right now knowing that it was Chris Martin who directed the song 🤔 after bashing BH for not giving "equal" lines for their fave member. Grow up guys! Even for their other songs producing music is not that easy especially for BTS knowing how good their production are.
Jino, your comment about vocal direction/production being spot on in the song (in your reaction) was the first thing that came to my mind when I saw Chris Martin directing BTS vocals in the documentary. Always enjoy your reactions/commentary. Cheers!
Thank you for what you said about pdogg. He is getting so much hate on Instagram and his twitter from solos. I don't think they realise this is a professional setting. And this is the reason why we just can never get any behind the scenes footage of their music. Which is sad cause you can tell how much bts enjoys making music and how professional and dedicated they are towards their work. People need to understand that a BTS song doesn't mean it was only made by bts but the whole team.
I agree with you are mixing the songs to use lower tones. They can all sing in the lower range well so they should mix it up. I love Jimins lower range and Jin in this song his lower range is phenomenal as it is in others and let's face it JK can do anything and V is a natural baritone. It also allows the rappers to sing more. It will also enable more variety in music.
I didn't think much the comment actually to Jin practicing a lot...it is most likely true since he is singing along or accompanying Chris Martin on the entire chorus. This is a big thing for Jin...so Pdogg knows he would have practiced as he got the lyrics spot on. Jin even laughed when he heard it.
The amazement you had on your face whenever Jungkook's parts came in the song was saying EVERYTHING!!! I don't understand why people were questioning you not talking about JK lol everything was obvious from your reaction. 🤷🏻♀️
The BTS/Coldplay collaboration makes sense in a way that not all their past collaborations have. I think it’s because both groups have a similar ethos and purpose. They may be from different countries, generations, and musical backgrounds, but they can all come together and make music because they are all in the same soul tribe. 💜 (Side Note: When I first watched the documentary, and it was shown that Chris Martin himself was doing the vocal production, I immediately thought, “Oh, Jino’s going to love seeing that!” 😊)
I hope all the BTS solo Stans understands now why JK has been given more lines & his voice is being utilized so much in BTS songs. His voice provides a special print to their songs that it really stands out even just a single AD-LIB. Not all songs of BTS is a face of mine but it's pleasing to listen coz of JK's voice print. One correction - it's not given to him but he has rightfully earned those lines. He has proved everytime why he deserves those lines. Pathetic people will always complain. But no one can deny JK is the best singer and his voice is magically beautiful. Especially in this song My Universe he sounds unreal
I do not agree with what you said. To clear the air, yes I'm a Jimin biased (😁), and I have no trouble saying that JK has the most stable voice in the group, he has a very beautiful voice but I find it pretty common (I don't know how to explain it without sounding rude, he just has a very western like voice). And I also recognize that Jimin has waaaay to improve and his voice cracks and he does not have the best technique. But (and that's why I bias Jimin) I personally find his voice the most touching and pleasant to me amongst the vocalists, and the sound of BTS is very tinted with his special voice. It's a matter of personal taste. I personally didn't like this song, find it too repetitive and not very fair to all of them. They should have made Coldplay featuring JK, V and Suga, it would have been more straight to the point better the giving them 1 second each just to please everybody 😁. Even the chorus all I could hear is Chris Martin repeating your are my universe over and over again. I don't know we could have heard them more there for example, I was disappointed. But yeah it was a Coldplay song, they did what they wanted with it. Fair enough. But I'm glad to see that all the boys were happy to participate (good for them). And I will be very happy and wish for all of them to succeed in their solo projects and most importantly to do music they enjoy (Jhope is already managing to do that, with his latest solo work). In conclusion, chill a bit too JK stans, it's not all about who's the best vocalist technically. It's much more than that. And it's very personal.
I agree. jK is truly an extremely talented singer. When he does VLive, on a poor quality microphone, singing pop songs that are not his or in his language shows it. I also think V’s solo lines are worthy of recognition. I’m the type, backspace, think, type person. ☺️
I really like how Coldplay outlined BTS' members qualities: Taehyung's deep voice doubled by the attention he pays to getting us into the atmosphere (he's always also an actor while he sings), RM - a very melodic/musical mind, so good at singing within his register, bringing depth to the song's vocals, Jimin's sweet, one of a kind voice, capable of singing such memorable harmonies (while we usually pay attention to the main musical line and the chorus, in this song, all the small parts are so important), Jin's lower register, telling the right story (register not usually heard, but so, so on point, in this song, although he sang a small part, form this documentary we see they had more material to choose from, and they chose something that really stuck to or minds), Suga's and Jhope's rap letting us fall in a short trance, with their intonation and pace, then creating tension, getting us ready for Jungkook's part. And Jungkook, is, as we've known him, perfect. soothing voice... with a hint of a smile, during the first part (he sounds like he smiles a little..I don't know...). Of course, we could think the boys could all have sung longer parts... but, besides this song being a Coldplay song, and being their decision how to make it, I think the way they used their voices was the best. There are other parts which sound a bit too (brit-)rock, and this song presents BTS as they are, with their our style, not trying to fit the western mold, and part of their own culture, singing in Korean, making this perfect mix. I love it!
I really enjoyed your reaction and your words have a message some of ARMY need to here. I am ARMY myself and I am getting concerned at how some people are getting mega sensitive about unbelievable stuff. Maybe it is because I am 56. Anyway, thanks again. 🙂
Jino, this Coldplay concert was in Brazil, the energy is amazing! That's why you MUST watch BTS dvd speak yourself concert in São Paulo, Brazil! It's the best concert ever! The energy is CRAZYYYYYYYY!!! Watch with us, please!
First saw coldplay on their parachutes tour here in singapore where they did a double bill with Travis. And have seen them live here in singapore 2 more times. I only got into KPOP because of my two kids who started listening to KPOP early 2018. Coldplay is a huge band and BTS is also huge. Your comment about him probably edit his text before sending is probably true. a duet we all thought we never needed. And a documentary we thought we never needed. Coldplay as a band all met as university students, so did Keane and they were from the same university in London. Digressing because I’m such a music nerd.

When I heard Jung Kook's recording,
Martin was very impressed.
I'm so proud of Jung Kook.
I know many people can sing, but you are right that JK has worked very hard to improve and expand is vocal techniques and it is very impressive.
Chris Martin knows what is impressive

'Good is good, and you have to recognize the good..' Super agree!!! Louder!!!! Thanks Jino, super appreciate JK's vocals..
57:54 can you believe the band Coldplay 'debuted' before Jungkook was even born? Coldplay is older than JK. Chris Martin has _definitely_ been in the game for a loong time..but he still retains a sense of wonder in his words, you know?, that's really cool to see!
Jungkook is a producer's delight. A lot of producers already mentioned how he can easily get what and how certain melody should sound.
Jungkook is so impressive

dynamite jk appreciation! i live for that
Jungkook is immensely talented; unfortunately, there’s a toxic mindset of some army that if JK receives recognition this somehow diminishes the member they stan. Thank you for recognizing Jungkook and for emphasizing that “good is good” no matter who you bias.
WELL SAID!! I COULDN'T AGREE MORE! 💜💜

Yes, Jungkook is gifted. No question about it!
I like how people going crazy about Jungkook in this song, cause he deserves it so much. He is talented, born talented also very hard-working, never stop praticing to make progress and he is so sincere to music. So keep praising him, because he deserves it
I can keep listening to JUNGKOOK's part over and over for the rest of my life... omg
Acknowledging Jungkook's abilities won't be detrimental to other members, people need to understand this.
🙏👏👍💪
On point dear friend.
I could not have said it better. I too was disappointed when I realized that Jino was purposely avoiding to comment about Jungkook over the course of time so I’m glad he’s starting to get back to being more comfortable with talking about JK again. Excellent comment.

Wow
When Jino talks about how special it is that Chris and BTS were able to meet in person, it makes me wish that he and all of us bots could meet at a live concert and experience those feelings together.
I love the interaction and chemistry here so much! To some, we may seem like just a bunch of random ppl in a live chat, but it goes way beyond that. Jungkook you nailed it man... You r insanely talented 💜💕
Like what Namjoon said, if there's no Jungkook, they cannot go on. Jungkook is a gem really
I wonder how their songs sounds like without him coz again Namjoon said, there's no replacement for Jungkook. He's role is exceptional but tiring doing almost everything yet some Armys or should say solo stans keep on hating him.

I have thought from the beginning of my discovery of BTS that I would love to hear them all singing in their lower registers much more often. They sound so amazing in their mid and lower ranges, and we just don’t get to hear enough of it. I think they would be glad of it too. I know Tae would! 😅
And seriously, when JK sings in his powerful mid range chest voice . . .
Oohh.. That explained how he put down his hat when he met them. It was a gesture of respect in british, isn't?
@@rvermillion8188 I won't really say respect exactly. It's kind of just a gesture you make when you greet someone kind of. But yeah it's still respectful. :)

I'm seeing a lot of sensitive aggressive armys these days to the point which is getting 🤔 me nervous and worried

JK is so adorable!
Jk Unreal vocalist just not words only emotions
Yeah, I agree with Jino. They're professionals and so line distros shouldnt even be a discussion or an issue. They (producers included) will do whats best for the song and the vibe they want to pull off. Its so admirable that an artist with such a stature and caliber as Chris Martin is this humble and down to earth. Its like watching a mentor-mentee relationship. And watching the documentary, the boys look so pumped and excited to participate in this record in any capacity so lets not make issues where there is none and just be happy for the boys. Theyre learning from the best, its so amazing!
Still trying to figure out how telling someone they practiced a lot is an insult. He is essentially telling him, “Good job, you sound great.”
🤷🏻♀️
I’m also confused about the anger.

Solos love to make their own narratives and act like they personally know these boys and overanalyzes things.

I really felt bad for Pdogg....solos attacking/harrassing him..even trended him...like gudness these people are crazy!
@@hizrianalfarisi4368 honestly, I don't think those solos will ever stop. They are not on their right mind. They interpret every second of the video they watched related to the boys as if they know everything going on behind the scene. They victimized the members as if the members are not full grown adult.
@@juvred228 I saw that they even post negative comments on his IG account. 😡 Those solos are shameless.
Thank you soooooooo much jeno 💗 I thought you would forget about it but you still remebered and complemented jk 😍 you are the awesomest 💗
How Good Jimin sounded in the chorus. His vocals are top Tier.
I love your channel and the way you speak about Jungkook is all facts no lies.
Please keep like this I’ll support you for speaking what is reality .
I'm glad you didn't let those solos or fake armys affect you into avoiding complementing jk so thank you jino you are the best 👌💕
As for Pdogg's comment to Jin:
As a native English speaker, I can tell when BTS is working hard to pronounce words accurately.
I just love Fluffy Tae.
And I looove his voice in this 😍
Really enjoyed these thoughtful comments.
A bunch of solo stans that their parents gave them too access on the internet.
Because of these mf they never gonna colab with bts again
(Side Note: When I first watched the documentary, and it was shown that Chris Martin himself was doing the vocal production, I immediately thought, “Oh, Jino’s going to love seeing that!” 😊)
I hope all the BTS solo Stans understands now why JK has been given more lines & his voice is being utilized so much in BTS songs. His voice provides a special print to their songs that it really stands out even just a single AD-LIB. Not all songs of BTS is a face of mine but it's pleasing to listen coz of JK's voice print. Something that cannot be copied.
Louder please💜🌸💜
One correction - it's not given to him but he has rightfully earned those lines. He has proved everytime why he deserves those lines. Pathetic people will always complain. But no one can deny JK is the best singer and his voice is magically beautiful. Especially in this song My Universe he sounds unreal
Same....same! I've been saying this for 5 years
I do not agree with what you said.
After you addressed comments about Pdogg, I subscribed. Thank you! They have a level of respect that nobody should assume anything about.
Thank u so much! Glad u reacted to the Documentary 💜💜💜
💜🐰💜
JK YOUR SO IMPRESSIVE
Jino, I have to highlight how nice you are for making your content accessible to people. You seem to really care and enjoy doing what you do!
On Chris Martin’s t-shirt: “Music is the weapon”
Solos anger me all the time Jino, I totally understand😭
You were so right!! Chris chose all the members parts where to sing
I know right? That was such a great opening to the docu, Viva La Vida is just the cherry on top. BigHit Editors *thumbs up*
Jin was probably happy P dogg noticed.🤗💜
