Thank you, this is my heart here, old time Apostolic Church. I hope to hold service like this again before the Lord calls me home. I have tried for years to keep this manner of service before Apostolic folks, who many of them, don't know, and don't want to know in this powerless, hedonistic, sacrilligious enviroment of false worship today. Greetings. These are wonderful memories. I was baptised at this church years ago. it is nothing like this today and has'nt been for a long time. They stood for holiness and the apostolic pentecostal manner of worship. I am glad you enjoy these old recordings of mine. I strive to have church the same way here in Kansas City. They look down on you. They say, " that's old timey, nobody wants that kind of worship any more." But this modern permissive society and many worldly church folk can't stand old time holiness and worship.
@@bishoptmwilliamsacts238 Bro Tom, what you said is so true. I am an outside evangelist here in NYC. I could see the lethargy back in in the late 1970s. The lukewarmness is so common now. I am old school. Never cared for all the modern styles and fancy light shows and pre-arranged worship services. A tragedy when pastors no longer have altar calls and tarrying services. Do you have a church there in Kansas City?
@@michaelciccone2194 Yes it St Paul Apostolic Church Of God in Kansas City Kansas. It’s been really rough since COVID started. Praying to get things going again. I play the organ and piano over 40 years and I still have old fashioned Apostolic song service out of the hymn books before prayer. I remember when the PAW and PCAF still did so. That is Bro Herbert Jordan playing the organ at the old Lake street church, Sis Cookie Jordan who the organ for years husband. Sis Theatrice Bobo I think is in the piano. I believe it was Mother Poole playing the piano when the children were singing, She was an accomplished pianist.

Yes this is their first church album. I got this brand new when they were doing some work at the Temple and found some records still new.
That was in the 70's when I got this while in high school.
