I know this is not”promotional” but have you ever tried or considered “engraving” your logo or a saying directly onto your soap? I think that would be kinda cool! Thank you for your detailed instructions! Very helpful and look forward to more!
I have seen a few people do that, but I've had too many other things in my laser, and I'd be worried about the hygiene of it. If I'd got the laser purely for soap, I would.
Excellent video. You are so good at explaining everything. If you ever retire from full-time work you could start up a soaping and tutorial academy. You are a natural teacher. Love the products you have made ❤
Thank you 🧡 I've always been told I should teach and was always the trainer at all the workplaces I was at. I would love to run classes from my shop but just don't have the space
I know a soap that does laser on their soaps. Not all of their soaps just the special one for Holidays or their high end shelves, because it does take awhile. But I have to tell it makes those that he does do look awesome and some of the designs are extremely creative. Since you are very creative, it would be wonderful to see you give it a go! Cheers & Blessings from a Patreon member! 👍🤗
I meant 'soaper'. I am not sure if he just uses the laser just for soap. Never asked. Perhaps there is certain material or such you could set the soap on. Sometime when you are caught up, because I know you are pretty busy. You might get in touch with the folks who sent the laser and ask them. Just a thought. 👍
I have seen people do that too, and they look great. However, I just feel I've had too many other materials go through my machine, which I fear would make it unhygienic to add my soap. I do a lot of wood etching and cutting, and you can feel the sap from the wood no matter how much you clean it. Plus, I've etched tumblers, so there is fine paint dust in the machine, too. If I had an open machine or one dedicated to soap. I would definitely try it, but not now 🧡
You are so clever Keeley how long did it take you to develop the jig.I wish i had your confidence. You are such a good teacher at explaining things.Love the bags and the key rings 😊xx
Thank you so much for your step-by-step videos. They are helpful! Quick question, are you placing a camera inside the machine while videotaping? I love that footage and would like to try it.
Very clever Keeley. Ah all the different possibilities to use the xTool. I hope you are enjoying experimenting. Keep up the great work. xxx 💖💖😊😊
It's such a great machine and I've used it for so many projects in both business and personal life 🧡

How long did it take to develop the jig? I’ve been looking at those same bamboo pens! Lol
It really didn't take long at all and it saves so much time. 🧡

Thank you 🧡 it didn't take too long to create the jig and it saves so much time
Love your ideas. Does the bag have to be a certain thickness to engrave?
Thank you 🧡 the bag doesn't have to be any set thickness. You just need to adjust the power accordingly so you don't burn all the way through
Love this!
Thank you 🧡 there is so much you can do with this machine

Yes I very briefly put the camera inside the machine while it is working.
