HI, i have been using this since i bought in 2021 it from coop, Switzerland, unfortunately the vacumme pump doesn't work anymore, i have to get new one. Yes itz quite pricey but im very satisfied because i used aö,ost everyday to keep the rest of the food i had and put it in the fridge specially the green salad.
Do you know whether you got liquid in the pump, or any other reason why it stopped working? Did you contact Customer Service? They have been excellent with me (for other issues) and my pump is working fine but I'm really loving it using it all the time, so I would like to avoid any potential trouble

Do you wash the fruit or veggie before putting them in the containers? If you do, you have to wait for them to dry to vacuum pack them?

Does the glass container lid crack easily after multiple uses?
I don't think you are using the round small wheel correctly. That is for Sous Vide (cooking meat in vacuum). That is why they only provide you with one per package, otherwise they would have provided you as many as the bags in each package.
It's used when your food has some liquid residue too, meat is a good example, to avoid the pump suck the liquid.
Can you clean the lids in the dishwasher?
