- Who doesn't like Toy Story and Hot Wheels?! The popular movie series and Mattel toy cars are combined for the theme of this Intamin half pipe shuttle coaster. The 82 foot tall coaster opened in 2010 and an identical version opened at Hong Kong Disneyland a year later.
This Disneyland park is located east of Paris in Marne la Vallée, France.

It lasts 1 min but believe me, it's the longest minute of your life 😂 it's way scarier than it looks. I thought my heart would stop !

Same it was my 4th ride I ever went on and it made me do it three times in a row instead of the slinky dog one
There's an exact one of this in Hong Kong Disneyland too. At the top, the RC car it self is actually tilted beyond vertical, and it feels like hanging for longer than you see, especially if you seat at the back. You can feel yourself against the shoulder restraints and off the seats.
It's like that in Paris too, the backseat is definately the place to be. I had the choice of waiting 50+ minutes for the Tower of Terror or do this thing continuously for that period of time. I'd take the +/- 10 times I went on this over one Tower of Terror any day (although if you have the chance, don't skip on the ToT - it's definately better than this and you'd miss out on some awesome theming).

Its really cool how this ride works! They use magnets so there is no moving parts.

I was in this 3weeks ago, I totally lost my breath. It's scarier than it seems lmao. But it's totally worth it

the principle of the attraction is so old as the world,i see this in the 80's but it was with a pirate boat
The OTS restraints are totally unnecessary though. Lap bars would be just fine.

This is just a themed half of a Larson loop without the loop
The Larson loop uses deceleration and soft stops at the turning points to simulate a gravity slow down. This ride starts accelerating instantly, seamingly even before hitting the apex. This makes the rocking back and forth much faster and you get the feel that the tires are picking up speed. I usually get a headache from "Pirate Ship" type rides because the acceleration is always at the bottom creating pressure. Not with this ride. It's hard to explain but the speed picks up immediately and stays constant nearly all the way, then you feel the pull to the other side.
I went on the one in Hong kong shouting the F word when we reached the top.

My main problem with Disney is they don't have any really thrilling attractions. If I were them I'd stick in a mini B&M floorless like Daemon as it could please the target market whilst being a lot more thrilling than other rides. Plus, I'd like another good outdoor coaster.
Hell, if they were feeling risky a B&M mini dive (smaller than Krake, Baron and Oblivion: Black Hole) would be a good thing. Not too intense but it would be adrenalin pumping.
