I'm really thankful for interviews like this one, I get to know the athletes a little bit (especially the ones I absolutely love) and the motivation, useful information, everything, it's priceless. Thanks, gornation! :)

I am now 32 and i got the planche , presses, Front lever pulls etc … its Never to late. Even if i am aware that i will Never be as good as somebody Like valentin. Just a Little Motivation for The „older“ ones among us 😌
Loved and enjoyed the interview. I can feel like I purchased his Planche Program man very educational, a lots of explanations but thankfully I was able to put them in my mind. Most strong athletes have the same thing in common, and that is, they are weak at start but continued to get stronger. So for Calisthenics and Street Workout athletes here, always remember you guys have the right time for everything, just be patient and consistent with what you are doing. Does he ever train legs or for example he runs or does any cardio he says that you will be heavy if you train legs so I should stop training legs even if Im not training Them more than once a week and not too heavy? There are other guys that say training legs but not give them priority is good for calisthenics so what?

Dodatkowo oczyścić organizm i pić dużą ilość czystej wody. Sama zawsze mówię, że 80 procent to odżywianie, a 20% to aktywność fizyczna. Najlepiej polecam sobie zobaczyć info odnośnie diety Anusi, tam kobieta przedstawia jak zrzuciła więcej niż 10 kilo w taki właśnie sposób, spożywając szczególnie naturalne produkty spożywcze, bez wykonywania większych ćwiczeń :)

In my country we have to go to the army at age of 18 so I have to train legs so I can get to an elite place on the army
