I just wanted to comment on how I like that you changed arrangement of the painting so easily. It worked beautifully. It gave so much depth to the forest. And showed me that I don't have to have everything planned, I can experiment. I love it. It really opened up something in me that I can't even put into the words yet. Thank you
@@samanthacboyer my washing machine has a sensor which adjusts the amount of water needed based on the amount of items in the machine. I find this incredibly annoying. A regular cycle takes 55 minutes. 55 minutes!!! Therefore I tend to use a cycle that uses 33 minutes instead. And I use it for most things I wash, generally regardless of whether it’s towels or heavy items or bulky items because putting things in the machine for nearly an hour or more horrifies me. There is an episode of the TV series the Derry Girls, which is hysterical, in which Ma Mary says it is against her beliefs to do a half load, and I totally understand.
I felt so lost and unhappy today and I was longing for the feeling of just feeling safe and taken care for. Then I opened up TH-cam and your video popped up on my screen. And when I first went into the forrest tears started to stream down on my face .. but after a while I felt so light and safe and sparks of happiness again. Thank you so much for that. I have no words to describe how much I needed your video today ... plus ... your voice makes me feel so safe and cared for. ❤💚❤ I kind of hear the fairies laughing right now .... "oh, our fearsome lovely littel human is worrying so much about unimportant stuff, let's just pour some forrest magic over her, so that she feels cared for again". 💚 It feels so soothing for my soul to know, that there are beings, that we cannot see, that are taking care of us. I loved all the subtle hints throughout your video that offered insights into whether you "should" change your mind or go with your intial plan! Your words and how you express them in each of your stories help me reffect on my own life stories and decisions. I loved that your laundry still got done (no matter what load size you use), you still have toilet paper when you need it, bears or no bears, lol, and that each layer of your painting was a decision you chose to make at the time and then chose to change it with the next layer. Each built upon the next to create the finished masterpiece. Sonetimes i think we forget howlife is built on all those smaller decisions until we decide that part of life is complete. Ohh what a wonderful trip to the Enchanted Forest 🥰 It was amazing to see how the forest changed throughout the video! I've only worked with watercolors, so once I start, I can't really make changes like that, haha. I felt so freeing to see you bring a scene to live and then push it back into the fibers of the canvas again. Also, your story! Again, completely resonated with it and I've been having to deal with decision fatigue myself lately as well, not sure if it's because I began to pivot my world around...*stares at what she just wrote*...hmm it's probably because I began to pivot. 😅 The smallest thing can cause me to overthink and not feel confident in what I'm doing now, but I've been taken little breaks, listened to birdsong and stared at the magic that sunlight brings into my room every morning. I began to follow more of what feels good and slowly but surely, I've begun to trust myself again. 😊🖤 Ps. Your editing skills are amazing, as are your song choices! As for the washing machine, I had no idea that there were machines with the options, small, medium & extra large! Though very add to leave out large. Mine has a bunch of programs and the option to do a speedy wash....I think I usually do a medium load. ✨🖤

I run my laundry on "normal" size, which I would imagine is the equivalent to your medium. And Charmin toilet paper is totally awesome (the bear one) but it's way too expensive. Target brand makes a dupe called "Soft & Strong" That's just as good but way cheaper. Target brand also makes amazing paper towels too. No other supermarket off brand compares. So overall I totally understand where you're coming at with analysis paralysis. What helps me is to treat those moments as a science experiment. So lets say I can't decide between brands. I'll get one brand one visit, and the other the next time I need it (unless I have the budget to get both at the same time). Then I can see which one I prefer over time. I keep a list of brands I prefer in my notes app so I don't forget. And yes, sometimes I've come across utter fails, where I've ruined a shirt, or ilthe product tasted so bad I had to throw it away and waste money. But I feel better about failure when I feel like I'm "doing it for science".

I am absolutely in love with this painting. I must have watched this video 5 times now lol. I'm just in awe of your process to get to the final result. The colours are so soothing and calming. I've been having trouble painting trees but you've inspired me to keep trying :) I also would love to have the peg board wall. What a fantastic idea! I don't have a lot of space and this would be perfect. Where can i find one of these. Ive been searching with no luck.
Aaah, I'm so glad! And thank you! Absolutely keep working on the trees- they're so fun once you find a technique you like. My husband custom-made the peg wall for me, so I'm not sure where to find one like it. But I've been talking to him about making a little tutorial or something with the instructions! 🖤
Once you get a bidet, you won't ever want to go without. You require so much less toilet paper, you get cleaner, faster, and it's so much less irritating to your skin. Oh, and they are so cheap and easy to install on your existing toilet that it will pay for itself very quickly.

Your changes looked so effortless and easy but of course 'trusting yourself' was a great way to go. Beautiful piece by the way. I live in an apartment and the coin op laundry is the same price for large or small, which sorta doesn't make sense. So all my loads are large. plus, I'm lazy and the laundry piles up, making each load large. But I am good at putting it away right away.
You don't always have to have the "most, cheapest, best". You may need to find joy in the reasonable. A good price for a good product, and stick with this. Ask your husband what he is good with and the two of you make a list. Then stick to it. Choices are not about what is available, but rather what is preferred.

Right upon entering the enchanted forest one would ponder quietly through the narrow spaces of their own aisles and perhaps on another occasion one will be taken on a journey through someone else’s aisles. Both spark imagination, both open the line of communication with the fairies. The desire to avoid the crowded aisles becomes apparent at a paint when you begin to know what it is that you want and what is truly important to you. In a magical way you begin to create a connection between the heart and the mind. One would refer to it as simplicity, another would call it balance. When an image or idea strikes next to a laundry basket, not overfilling the washing machine and setting it on medium wash might create the perfect harmony for the rest of the day. I am absolutely in love with this painting. I must have watched this video 5 times now lol. I'm just in awe of your process to get to the final result. The colours are so soothing and calming. I've been having trouble painting trees but you've inspired me to keep trying :)
I also would love to have the peg board wall. What a fantastic idea! I don't have a lot of space and this would be perfect. Where can i find one of these. Ive been searching with no luck.

Once you get a bidet, you won't ever want to go without. You require so much less toilet paper, you get cleaner, faster, and it's so much less irritating to your skin. Oh, and they are so cheap and easy to install on your existing toilet that it will pay for itself very quickly.
My sister has one and she has told me the same thing for the last year. 🤭 It might be time to finally make the switch.

P.S. We're in Australia. Our washing machine doesn't have load options...the manual states that we can wash up to 7kg I think it is. Then we have to decide how much of our chosen washing liquid to use, which is either normal load or large load/hard water! 🥴🤷♂😅

I live in an apartment and the coin op laundry is the same price for large or small, which sorta doesn't make sense. So all my loads are large. plus, I'm lazy and the laundry piles up, making each load large. But I am good at putting it away right away.
Oo, I would definitely do the large. I, however, am not great at putting them away promptly 🤭
You don't always have to have the "most, cheapest, best". You may need to find joy in the reasonable. A good price for a good product, and stick with this. Ask your husband what he is good with and the two of you make a list. Then stick to it. Choices are not about what is available, but rather what is preferred.

Right upon entering the enchanted forest one would ponder quietly through the narrow spaces of their own aisles and perhaps on another occasion one will be taken on a journey through someone else’s aisles.
Both spark imagination, both open the line of communication with the fairies.
The desire to avoid the crowded aisles becomes apparent at a paint when you begin to know what it is that you want and what is truly important to you. In a magical way you begin to create a connection between the heart and the mind. One would refer to it as simplicity, another would call it balance.
When an image or idea strikes next to a laundry basket, not overfilling the washing machine and setting it on medium wash might create the perfect harmony for the rest of the day. Me, myself know this too well - thank you and all of my love your way 🖤
