Amazing videos. I think if you continue to post videos like this than you will start to see your channel grow significantly. Also in the future maybe consider making some educational videos. Great work!

Hi Charlie, thank you for your kind words! So far there are no educational videos in the making. I just want to share the process, but there is a lot to learn if people look closely :)

Hello. What is the liquid you brush on the bowl.

    Hallo Franz,

You inspire me with your work. What was the stuff you brushed on before sanding?

Really loving your videos, your work is so beautiful! And lots to learn just by watching you turn! Just curious, the sanding sealer you put on, would this help minimize tear out? Thanks!

Hi Jackie, I use the sanding sealer to stabilize the softer parts of the spalted wood. This prevents "eroded" areas since the softer parts sand quicker and deeper. I wouldn't use sanding sealer to prevent tear out. A proper amount of shellac or even water (to make the fibers expand) does a better job. The most effective way to prevent tear out is a deadly sharp tool combined with a good technique.

My name is jack and I love to turn wood. I am 14 years old and have been turning for 2 years. Because I do not have a bandsaw I can only turn small bowls and pens and to be able to afford a bandsaw it is inportant for me to sell my products. Please tell me how to sell my stock.
