These happens not only once, marami ng namatay pero pilit pinagtatakpan ng mga PMA Officials. Kahit na-confine o namatay ka palabasin sa test result na iba ang sakit..normal lang ang mga body contact sa training pero hindi yung subra na nakakamatay. Til now wala paring pagbabago at sulosyon ang gobyerno. Palitan ang mga namumuno sa PMA.

I highly recommend na lagyan ng cctv bawat kwarto at lugar ng training ground sa PMA to avoid hazing and abuse.

The correct term however should be “Maltreatment” instead of “Hazing”. Maltreatment means an act to inflict chronic or recurring physical and psychological pain to a victim by a perpetrator.
Wala pong hazing pag pumasok sa PMA. Please search PMA Reception Rites in TH-cam. Yun po ang initiation sa kahit anong pagpasok sa military(not considered as maltreatment). They do exercises. If the recruits feel that they are being abused during the reception, they can run back to their families in the grandstand and quit immediately. That is not hazing.
I think that in this case the anti-hazing law may not be enforced if the lawyers of upperclassmen will establish that it is not an initiation rite which undermines the whole institution. Rather they may establish it as homicide to lessen the punishment.

Incorrect. Read RA 11053. Any brutal treatment that would result in physical or psychological harm is a form of hazing. Reception rites are excluded presumably because it's in the approved training manual of the AFP/PMA. Second, reception rites are conducted under supervision and within the view of the public. You don't see plebes being electrocuted in their balls during reception. Bottom line, anything done outside approved training procedures is considered hazing.
It's easier to prosecute under the anti hazing law rather than for murder. The anti hazing law is a special penal law. You need only prove the acts of hazing. Actus non facit reum nisi men sit rea does not apply in cases of hazing. Whereas in murder you need to prove the elements of the crime including intent.

This is the most brutal thing I have ever known from the PMA which should have been the institution that hones uniformed enforcers to serve and protect the general populace. Death penalty law must be passed to punish those who committed the same crime. This is not a doing of someone who's in good mental condition but of someone with a devious, psychotic problem who shouldn't be in that organization that masters discipline and uprightness. All conspirators must be subjected to the death penalty. We cannot expect our PMA graduates to have the heart to protect innocent lives if their training is as sadistic as this. Revoke all their licenses aside from penalizing them to death. Naiyak ako sa sinapit nya kasi grabe ang intentional na pahirap na dinanas nya sa PMA. Mas lalo akong naawa sa mga magulang ni Darwin sa sakit na naramdaman nila upon knowing these kinds of maltreatment were done to their son.
