The sky track fits my space. I barely have 17’. I really like the look of the new software on the Skytrack. I can live with a $220 annual subscription. I had originally planned to get a Garmin, but need a couple more feet in length.
If I'm only looking to use it as a range launch monitor and not as a simulator. Would I still have to get the annual subscription with the bushnell pro?
I am on the fence with whether to get a Bushnell or Mevo+. Here is the story: wanting to place it in the garage with impact screen with room dimensions of 98" ( H) x 132" (W) x 16 ' (Deep). I really would love the hassle freedom of not messing with the monitor and setting it up every time I play and would love to take it to the range and get immediate results. (Btw, peers are all righties). I would also like to play sim golf on various courses but am primarily interested in game improvement. Oh, looking for realistic images on screen so would appreciate feedback on a projector as well. My guess total package 6K+. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again for great videos.

Great video and really informative. You mention for the mevo minimum width to accommodate lefties and righties being 15-16ft but could go less. I am also lefty but have friends that are right handed so was thinking the mevo but I only have about 13ft of width. I also don't think I could leave the mevo down on the floor all the time which means I would have to do the setup whenever I set it down. Can you offer an opinion on if you think the mevo would be a bit of a pain in my case? Thinking the skytrak might be better and playing holes out in full then switching for the next player. Thanks!
Hey Bill! I think every club but driver you would be able to swing fine with lefties and righties. You would need to potentially out the unit on a slider to move for driver hits.
Set up would still be about the same as mine it would just be beneficial to have it marked out. I would probably go skytrak+ in your case and just move the device and do play out hole if I’m being honest unless you get a slider to stick the Mevo on.
I agree, skytrak feels like the move to me. It would mostly just be me using it and I can live with having to switch it around for left/right handed@@GolfBusters

I would think you would get good results if you did 7 feet Mevo to ball and 9 feet ball to screen. Haven’t tested that though but have heard it works well.
Can you run GSPro on PC with the old version of the Mevo plus? Or do you need the 2023 version... Love your videos, been super helpful on my sim build!
Great video very informative. I own the mevo+ along with gspro. How did u get the driver image that shows the path. Do I need face impact? I have the pro package. Thanks
I'm guessing you mean radar and camera but i'm not sure, it may! I have used the RCT balls with it but not sure if I noticed much of a difference. I'll have to test it out.
From what I’ve heard people have got great readings 7 feet Mevo to ball, and if your just using irons you probably can get away with 9 to screen. If your tight I would go 10 ball to screen and 7 to Mevo
Does BLP require a subscription? Or can you use the unit just for ball data and carry distance? I will only be using it at the range. I’ve had the Garmin and Mevo they overheat and don’t catch a lot of shots (probably because of me setting it on the grass). I think BLP would be a better option for my usage.
The BLP doesn’t need a subscription if you just want carry distance but it doesn’t show backspin unless you pay the yearly fee. Every other ball metric shows. If you do end up getting the BLP try to use our link if you can! No worries if not!
Seriously? He's pretty clear that the Bushnell is the top unit - but factor in everything, and the fact that the data is likely within 1% across all units - Skytrak offers best value on the market at the moment in this segment.

Brilliant review. Other reviewers could learn a lot by the directness, honesty and detail. Just what I was looking for. Thank you.
Glad it was helpful!

All sound great. I have the BLP. The $500 sub kinda sucks, but such is the world. It now comes with Awesome Golf which I'm having fun with.

Skytrak + coming next will get club stickers, thanks for the tips.
No problem!
What kind of bird is that 😂 4:48

Looking at the Mevo+ Limited Edition will 8 feet from ball to screen and 8 feet behind to unit ? or do i need 10 feet to Screen ?
I would think you would get good results if you did 7 feet Mevo to ball and 9 feet ball to screen. Haven’t tested that though but have heard it works well.
What about the response time between the Mevo and Skytrack? From when you hit it and the time it shows up on your screen? Thanks
Mevo is faster by a lot if fusion tracking is off. If fusion tracking is turned on they are pretty similar.
Can you run GSPro on PC with the old version of the Mevo plus? Or do you need the 2023 version... Love your videos, been super helpful on my sim build!
You can run it with the old version! and no problem, thanks for the comment!

On the flightscope pop up that comes up there is a button in the top right called advanced settings! Don’t need face impact!
So...using the skytrak + outside on the grass is a no go?
correct!
Do you still need ball stickers for the RCT balls on the mevo +?
Nope!
I believe Mevo + is compatible with TGC2019. Do you have any experience with that program?
I would recommend gspro over that
I have a smaller space what monitor should I get? I’m struggles to find a small sim for a reasonable price that’s not a $10000 go quad.
I would go Bushnell if you can afford it otherwise go skytrak for a small space!
Do RCT ball help with the SkyTrak+ as it uses both camera and radar
I'm guessing you mean radar and camera but i'm not sure, it may! I have used the RCT balls with it but not sure if I noticed much of a difference. I'll have to test it out.
Any chance you can test minimum distance on mevo + before numbers start breaking down. I only use it for irons and have RCT balls thx
From what I’ve heard people have got great readings 7 feet Mevo to ball, and if your just using irons you probably can get away with 9 to screen.

you said cant use lefty's for bushnell but it looks like youre left handed
You can use them but you have to switch it when people come over
Too poor to afford any of these, but now I know which one I'd buy if I win the lottery.
Which one?!
@@GolfBusterstrackman or gcquad. If I won the lottery then that’s the direction I’d go.
BLP and not even close
Closer than you think but we agree the BLP is the most accurate.
There is no way this guy isn't paid by Skytrack
