✔INGREDIENTS:
2 Eggplants ( 700g )
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
🔹
Potatoes 600g
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Sweet paprika
🔹
Olive oil
1 onion
2 medium prepons (green and yellow)
1 clove of garlic
Ground beef 500g
Salt and black pepper
Sweet paprika
Pulp of diced tomatoes 400g
150ml of water
Parsley
1 Fior di latte mozzarella 120g
Grated mozzarella 50-70g
COOKING TIMES:
- Bake the aubergines in the oven at 180°C ( 350°F ) for about 20 minutes.
- Bake the potatoes in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 35-40 minutes.
- Last cooking all together at 180°C ( 350°F ) for about 25 minutes.
