The Cat Driver grants her wish as long as she doesn't touch anything. The young cat is fascinated by the controls, and the heat from the open firebox. She expresses a wish to drive the engine. Cat Driver gladly agrees to instruct her, and she enjoys that one magical moment of a lifetime. The young lady cat in question is me, Kelly Ashford, who loves steam engines and cats and kittens alike. Purr, mew!
