The Reagan statue was the only hard part about fighting the Gippers for me. Once I secured the AI room I just waited in the staircase outside and they all came to me in groups of 2 or 3, while the rest died to my kodiak outside. God that statue was a bitch to fight though.
@@cesarsantos4547 If you can butter up the Nancy that sells you ammo and guns, she gives you a laser sniper rifle for free. Have someone with nerd stats to level 6 at least. Then when you do fight him have your sniper take out the laser gun, pop a smoke and take the needle that increases crit chance by 30 and boom he is dead in two turns.

I fought that battle but never got the song. Maybe because I did transfer Reagan to the Ranger Base BUT fought on side of the Gippers. The now "Sister Nancy" was so confused after the battle. But just the normal music played.
With Fallout 3 good old classic Fallout in form of cRPG gone to history. But his spirit is still alive thanks by its father - Wasteland. With Wasteland 2 now I understand why many people love first two Fallout games. No matter if this game is masterpiece - you cannot defeat classic called Wasteland 1 and Fallout 1 & 2. And Wasteland 3 show us that good old classic is still alive in those games.

Like, it's a song singing for the ghost of America in the post-apocalypse, but you're also trying to fight your way out of a compound composed of Reagan cultists. This quest line really wracked my brain on what I should do to be the most moral, but it has some issues like, "Why do you worship him when there's hints that you know he's an AI?" Anyway, they were all just misunderstood, and it sucked that the only "right" way of going about it is killing them all.
This song combined with when my Kodiak fires a gun that literally fires a American flag and blares the national anthem when it shots is just...perfect.
Probably to do with Licensing or something, the original artist or record company might have given permission for it to be used in the game but not to be distributed in the soundtrack... It's not the first time nor will it be the last time that similar stuff has happened to game developers

Once I roll up to Denver and saw the combo Max Headroom / ol' Ronnie combo, this game moved itself into my top ten. And then, when the fight started and this kicked in? Laughed out loud. inXile has hit this so far out of the park it may as well have left the damn planet.
The gipper battle was hands down when I knew Wasteland 3 stood shoulder to should with the Fallout 3 and New Vegas in my book. The only thing is that there wasn’t anything else as insane later in the game, but still loved every moment.

Went with Pistol (big fucking revolver) and a Rocket Launcha on my Bombardier. That 'Draw' perk from pistols works insanely well with Rocket Launchers. Basically i could shoot 5 rockets in a turn, by starting combat with the rocketlauncher unloaded, then reload for 2 AP and shoot 0 AP rocket, then reloading for 2 AP and on and on.
I got into the huge fight here where the entire zone turned against me... took me a few mins before I noticed the greatness of this soundtrack addition lmfao

I had this playing while I was wiping out a massive horde of drools in Denver only for the game to crash every time there was only a handful left. After 4 hours, I eventually beat it without the game crashing. Each attempt took me about 20 to 30 mins.
