If I could make a suggestion, one car that is a unicorn is the Toyota Voltz. It's a rebadged Pontiac Vibe made for the Japanese market - where the Vibe is a rebadged Toyota Matrix. Afaik the only appearance the car has ever made in a video game is in GT4.

I unironically love the little Aston Martin Cygnet. Even though its just a Toyota iQ meant to help the brand with Fuel Consumption regualtions they still went completely mad and shoved a Vantage's V8 into a custom Widebody version.

Venturi 400 GT in Test Drive 6 and Gran Turismo 2. NFS 2 SE its full of unicorn cars.
A great unicorn car is the Alfa Romeo 156 GTA, ( Road version ) it has to my knowledge only been featured in the PS2 games " Enthusia Professional Racing "and " Squadra Corse Alfa Romeo Racing " ( SCAR ) Would to see it modern games as well. Also Driver San Francisco had so many great car that would be awesome in todays Forza and Gran turismo games 😀
Some few cars here technically appear in a game called Top Drives, specifically Carry, D8, and Cygnet. However it's a card-based racing strategy game and car models are not bespoke, while the cards uses press photos from EVO. So I guess that doesn't count, but just to say that Top Drives has some certain interesting cars not found in games, and can be a checklist for games too
I think Enthusia and TXR Drift 2 both have a lot of unicorn cars, both kinda forgotten games with awesome obscure cars or well known cars that are too considered boring to be featured in most games like the Chevy Astro van and personally I love the random boring everyday cars.
Hoping to see the Lotus M220 at some point. I have only seen it in Supercar Street Challenge on the PS2, and to be honest I think that’s the only place that has any information on it as it’s virtually nonexistent on the internet otherwise.

I was expecting a series like this to show up after seeing the "forgotten cars" list, which to be fair isn't the best idea considering you can find tons of old cars that noone has managed to get licensed anymore. 1-offs are far more interesting, looking forward to seeing Focus ZX4 from Juiced 1 in the next one as I think it has never appeared in any other game.

The Ascari and the Spyker will surely be featured in one of the future episodes, however I'm unsure about the inclusion of special editions, where the differences are mostly the paintjob and the rims. Maybe, will see later.

Compared to GT7, Drive club's visuals are vastly superior. Blur was fun and its flopness is unfair. TDU and TDU 2 are the best open world arcade racers I've ever played, can't wait for Solar Crown. Driver San Francisco is the most innovative driving game I've ever seen. I finished it 6 times.
