LIRA city DRIVE

Lira is a city in the Northern Region of Uganda. It is the main municipal, administrative, and commercial centre of Lira District.

Lira city has potential to grow into a great city, if only the city leaders take some steps like beautifying and greening of the CBD. And get rid of that red dirt on the roads and maybe emphasis painting of buildings. Thanks for the good work.
