Same problem here, nka ilang email nako sa kanila sinusunosd ko nman mga utos kaso ganun pa rin, kainis hindi ko macheck tuloy yung salary ko kung pumasok o hindi. 😔
Last week lang nabubuksan ko pa. Now wala na. Crashing nadin. Ilang reinstall punyeta wlaa padin. Tapos walang aksyon pnb. Walang post sa fb acct nila or sa twitter regarding this matter. Im using an android phone nubia red magic. Sainyo ba same issue? Ano phone niyo.

Still tryin out the best po to connect sa tamang technical team ng PNB, and I sent them formal email from time to time para po maka kuha ako ng update. Masyadong mabagal kumilos ang PNB SUPPORT CARE. UNRESPONSIVE SILA and parang kulang din sa analytical skill yung agent na nakaka usap ko at hindi niya maconstruct ng tama ung issue na niraraise ko.

I am using Realme and Poco X3 pro and both don't work well. I still keep on emailing them to solve this issue.
