It's really fun and interesting to see for instance images of my town in films sometimes, and when they need a picture of a castle in a mountain setting, they often use Neuschwanstein Castle in the Allgäu Alps of Bavaria, Germany, because of how beautiful it and the setting are. I'm sure the same will be true of series and films from Thailand and Eastern countries: they can save both time and money by reusing sets and images. Beautiful settings and well photographed images deserve to be featured more than once, I believe.
